*  Ok so here is my first vampire book! The characters in the book are based around me and my friend so I own them! The other characters I also own but if you would like to take an idea then please message me!

Enjoy! *

I was awoken by the continuous beeping of my alarm clock which was flashing 7:00 in a luminous green. I groaned, rolled over and turned off the alarm clock. I couldn’t be bothered to get out of bed but I knew I had to as I needed to get ready for school. I forced myself out of bed and picked out a clean school top which was in the draw and my school trousers which was hidden in a pile of clothes. I got dressed and grabbed my things. I walked into the kitchen grabbed a cereal bar stuffed it into my blazer pocket and stuffed my shoes on. I was out of the house by 7:45 and I was greeted by a bitter, windy winter’s morning. I grabbed a coat as I was walking out of the house and tried to get it on without looking weird.

I fumbled around looking for my phone in my blazers pockets and finally retrieved it. I looked through my contacts until I saw Teagan.

Hey, I’ve just left so I will be around 15 mins.

See you soon x

I managed to text it without making any mistakes as my hands were shaking due to the bitter coldness which was slowly making itself around my body. Usually it takes me around half an hour to get to school but seen it’s a cold morning and I really don’t want to be in it any longer I quickened my pace.

I got to the school gates 10 minutes later and was greeted by my cheerful looking best friend. I walked up to her and waved.

“Hey!” I chattered

“Hey, what a cold morning it is!” She replied beaming

“Yeah, haven’t you guessed that already? Let’s get inside I’m freezing.” I said whilst walking off knowing that she would follow.

Teagan walked up beside me with her long blonde hair bouncing on her shoulders. I looked at her and smiled.

“What have we got today?” I asked whilst opening the door the A block.

“Umm if I remember rightly we have Science, Maths, Graphics, History and English. What a lovely day!” Teagan replied sarcastically

“Ha-ha-ha! Yeah what a good day... NOT!” I laughed

Me and Teagan had always been friends but we haven’t become close friends until a couple of weeks ago. My other so called friend had only used me as someone only to talk to. I was angry but it didn’t matter as I had other friends such as Teagan. She had been there for me when I fell out with her and we soon became close friends and talked about the many things we had in common and didn’t have in common.

Yeah you can say our lives are weird but who cares, everyone is weird in their own little way. I don’t mind being an outcast as it means I don’t have a lot of friends of which I have to balance out. I have other friends which I speak to in classes but I don’t find a real connection unlike what me and Teagan have. A close friendship and no not in a romantic way!

We walked up the stairs just talking about things and then I spoke up about the dream I had. The dream that changed my life.

“Hey so guess what I dreamt about last night?” I asked Teagan

“I don’t know, I’m not a mind reader!” She commented

“Ha-ha! Well I had a dream about this vampire dude that he turned me into a vampire. I had changed a lot and I had some un-human powers as well and then it got rudely interrupted by my dull alarm clock!” I explained to Teagan without even looking at her whilst we walked down the hallway which seemed to go on forever.
