Dream Of A Vampire

Chapter Twelve

I just stare at her whilst the biggest grin form on my face. I see that her eyes go really wide and her mouth starts to form a smile.

“Who?!” She exclaims

“The one and only, Mr Alex Day!” I say

“Oh My God! You have not found him!” She screams

“Oh yes I have and he wants to meet you at the park after school today around 4!” I say smiling

“No way! I would love to meet him! Could I come round yours after school then and I’ll text my mum?” She said

“Yeah sure but I’m living with Max now! I’ll see if they could give you a lift home!” I said

“Oh you are! How nice, anyway we should be getting to tutor, schools nearly starting!” She replied

We were on our way to tutor when people from our year kept coming up to use and saying that they were happy for me etc. I guess people has found out about me and Max then. I was happy; it meant that we could hang out with each other at break and lunchtimes. We finally made it to tutor and we took our normal seats. We started to chat about later and Teagan kept saying how excited she was to meet Alex Day!

The bell went to indicate it was the end of the day and I and Teagan met up with Max afterschool. I had explained to him that Teagan was coming over as we were meeting Alex at 4.

“Could I tag along with you two?” He asked

“Yeah sure!” I said giving him a kiss on the cheek

We arrived home and I found Maria and Dave sitting on the couch in the living room.

“Could Teagan stay for a little while but could you possible take her home if that isn’t any trouble?” I asked them

“Yeah sure!” Maria answered

“Hi, I’m Teagan!” Teagan said

“Hey!” They replied

We bounced up the stairs and into Max’s room.

We talked for a while about things and Max explained to Teagan what would happen if she did get turned. Surprisingly, she wasn’t spooked about it and she took it on the chin.

“Trust me, it is a spectacular experience!” I added at the end

We left around 3:45 to get to the park in time to meet Alex. Of course Teagan was excited and she wouldn’t shut up about it but me and Max walked ahead of her holding hands leading the way. We saw Alex up ahead and Teagan grew a smile.

“Hey Alex!” I shouted

He instantly turned around and I walked up ahead whilst Max stayed with Teagan.

“Hi Clarissa, how are you?” He asked me as I finally reached him

“Yeah I’ good! We’ve explained to Teagan what would happen if she did get changed but just to warn you she adores you so I suppose there is a connection except unless she is fan girling over you ha-ha!” I said

“Ahh thanks for the heads up! Well I do hope it isn’t a fan girl relationship, she does look really nice and beautiful may I say!” He replied

“Yeah she is! “ I said looking back at Max and signalling for them to come over

“Hi Alex!” Max said

“How you doing mate?!” He asked

“I’m alright!” Max said

“Well, Teagan this is Alex and Alex this is Teagan.” I said

“Umm h…hey!” Teagan said

“Hey!” Alex replied

“Well I’ll leave you two alone then to get acquainted.” I said whilst dragging Max along with me

*Teagan’s P.O.V*

I saw them walk away and I just stood there looking at Alex. I didn’t know what to say after all the years watching this man grow up. Alex is 18 years old and I’m 16 so only two years difference but as I always say age is just a number so it doesn’t really matter if our friendship goes any further. Thing is I’ve always felt something for Alex deep down inside of me. Man this is quiet someone should speak.

“So you alright?” I say to break the silence

“Yeah I’m good, you?” Alex said

“I’m good, extremely nervous but good.” I say smiling

“Ha-ha same here!” He says smiling

His smile. I think I actually love this man.

“You’re gorgeous by the way!” He says to me after what seems ages but in fact it isn’t

“No I’m not..” I say drifting off looking down

I see a pair of shoes stop in front of me and my head slowly rises as an Alex’s hand lifts my head up.

“You are and I think I love you…” He says drifting ff

“Thanks...” I drift off as me and Alex gets closer to each other our heads turning and before I knew it we were kissing each other.

I felt the sparks fly through my lips as we kissed each other. This was my first kiss and it felt brilliant. I lifted my arms and wrapped them around his neck whilst Alex wrapped his around my waist pulling me in tighter. I never wanted this moment to end.

“Yes or no?” He asked in-between kisses

“Yes...” I said embracing the kiss even more

I pulled away after what seemed ages and intertwined my fingers with Alex’s. We walked over to Max and Clarissa to tell them the good news.

Clarissa’s POV

I saw them walk over after what seemed ages. Me and Max went to the other side of the park where we couldn’t see them and sat on a bench looking out to the sparse green field. We stood up and walked over to them and the first thing I saw was both of their happy faces. I’ve never seen Teagan this happy before.

“Hey guys, I suppose it went okay?” I asked

“It went more than okay, it went amazing! Also, I like to announce that me and Alex are now going out as it turns out were soul mates!” Teagan replied smiling

“Yeah and we talked about it on the way to you two that Teagan has agreed to be turned into a vampire by me but she wants it to happen today and I also agreed to that but we want you two to be there when I turn her into one just to give some moral support.” He explained

I looked at Max.

Me: What do you think?

Max: I think it’s fantastic and we should be there for them. If she wants to be turned today then we should respect their choices.

Me: Okay

“We agree with it and Max knows a superb place where you can do it.” I say

With that we head of to the field where I was changed by Max that one day.
