“The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.” ~ Mahatma

I by no means, thought I would give in. Floating in a mysterious place, absolute darkness surrounding me, it felt like I was dead; however, it’s probably true now. I let out a soft sigh. Before I knew what was happening, memories form my past began to reoccur in my head…
(Age 10)
I was running around outside with my little sister. We were playing tag and right now I was it.
“You can’t get me!” My sister hollered. It felt like I was running as fast as I could, but she had gotten an unfair head start; shades of greens, reds, blues and all others whizzed past us as we ran through the gardens, heading towards the house. We were running past some of the pack members who seemed to give us humorous looks as we zoomed by.
“I’m going to get you!” Safari was in my reach but before I could tag her, she made a sharp turn, causing me to trip. She ran away, laughing. I slowly picked myself up, dusted my cloths and refrained from yelling in frustration or worse, crying; my wolf studies helped me control my emotions, which I need since there was a high probability I would be the next Alpha. Yet as I stood there with my thoughts, I knew that this had given her an opportunity to run in the house. “Great.” I thought. Now she can get Mother or Father to stop the game. Safari always seemed to find it amusing that I couldn’t win if she got our parents to forbid us from horsing around. I sighed, taking my time to enter the house. It was quite, too quite. I shrugged my shoulders. “Oh well.” I ran up the stairs to my room and laid on my bed, which seemed like hours until I heard a knock on the door.
“Come in!” Safari then waltzes in taking a sit on my bed. A look of bored-ness plastered on her face.
“What-cha do’ in Sissy?” she asked. I sighed, which I often tend to do.
“Nothing. Just thinking.”
“Bout what?” she asked curiously.
“Stuff.”
“What kind of stuff?”
I gave her a questioning look. “Don’t you have better things to do rather than question me?”
“Nope.” She said popping the p. I groaned. My sister can be so annoying sometimes, but I love her.
“Sooo?” she asked.
“Sooo, what?”
“What are you thinking about now?” I just starred at her for a moment. After awhile I let out a loud laugh. Safari made a hilarious expression, which caused me to laugh harder.
“What’s so funny?”
“N-Nothing!” I laughed out.
