(Yay guys! Okay, so I'm still writing with my old iPad, but it's had less crashes... I'm still trying to get a new one... But I get to update!)

Y/N's POV

"Honestly, this is what I was least expecting," Laurence comments, "all of you S.K's are really different now."
"Well, Laurence. You think there's no such thing as a moral to your mistakes?"
"I guess there is..." Laurence crosses his arms and then suddenly looks at the ground at a piece of paper. He picks it up carefully. "What is this?"
"Oh!" Zenix walks over and stands next to Laurence, pointing a finger at the paper. I would walk over to look at the paper, but Raindrop's gaze makes me stay. I pick her up and hold her against my chest. She's so soft and I move her onto my left palm so that I can pet her with my right hand. So small... so helpless... so adorable...
"So they're making a puppy hospital?" I hear Laurence ask, so I look up and listen to they're conversation while still holding and petting Raindrop.
"Yeah. There have been more cases of stray dogs, so they're going to make a puppy hospital and keep the cats at the current shelter. It's a no-kill shelter, so they need all the room they can get," Zenix replies. Laurence looks back at the paper and his blue eyes bulge.
"Z-ZENIX..."
"Hmm?"
"I-it s-says the venue for th-the hospital i-is a---"
"STOP STUTTERING AND SPILL IT!!" Zenix yells and Laurence's eyes narrow and his eyebrows curve inward. His face turns slightly red.
"THE PUPPY HOSPITAL IS GOING WHERE OUR NEIGHBORHOOD IS!!!"
"What?!" I butt in, "You must've read that wrong..." I walk over with Raindrop and look at the paper. It says: PUPPY HOSPITAL TAKING PLACE OF AN ABANDONED NEIGHBORHOOD.
"Look there. It says that the address is 'MyStreet'. That's our neighborhood," Zenix points out calmly. Laurence is practically pulling his hair out,
"SO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD IS GOING TO GET EXPLODED AND A PUPPY HOSPITAL IS GOING TO GO WHERE IT IS?!"
"Who said anything about it being exploded?" Zenix asks, still clearly calm. I look at the paper again,
"Well it does say it is going to be 'exploded and replaced'..." I think I'm starting to panic. "And it has today's date." Zenix's eyes widen and he starts running out of the alley.
"WHERE THE NETHER ARE YOU GOING?!" Laurence shouts.
"WARNING EVERYONE THAT THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS EXPLODING!!!" Zenix screeches and continues to run. Laurence motions me to run and begins to run after Zenix. Uh-oh. I start running after Laurence with Raindrop in my arms, holding her as if she were my life. Then I think about P/N and I run faster. If the neighborhood explodes... WOULD SHE SURVIVE?! WOULD ANYONE SURVIVE?! My heart is pounding in my chest. I guess Zenix, Laurence, and I have to be the heroes. Now I feel lucky that Laurence and I went on that scavenger hunt looking for Zenix's workplace. I wish everyone else had too.
