"Kendall! Natalie! You two need to get ready for school." My mom knocked her fist on our door.
I groaned. It did not feel like it's been almost a mnth since my incident. I feel like it never happened.
I threw a pillow at Natalie, who was a heavy sleeper. It hit her in the head and fell to the floor, she didn't budge. I threw more pillows at her, still nothing.
I stood up on my bed and leaned agsinst the wall. "One. Two. Three." I said to myself as I ran to the end of my bed and pounced on Natalie's new day bed. I balanced myself then began jumping.
"Nat. A. Lee. Wake up! It's your first day of school." I sang as I jumped. The pile of pillows I tossed at her fell to the floor. She pulled the blanket over her head. I continued to jump.
As I jumped in silence she leaned up.
"I hate you." She mumbled while she dead legged me with her fist. I fell on her. "Ow." She laughed. "You did that. Now get up. It's time for school."
She pushed me off of her and ran to the bathroom. "Ha! I got tne bathroom first." Her muffled voice mocked through the bathroom door.
"Why is there so much running in here?" My dad grumbled, standing at my door while he fiddled with his tie. I shrugged. "Beats me." I smiled then he rolled his eyes.
"First day." Natalie said as we pulled in my parking spot of three years. Neely pulled in not even a minute later. I grinned at her and looked at Natalie. "It's gonna be great."
Neely slipped her arm through mine as we walked to the school. "This semester is going to be totally awesome."
"How so?" Natalie asked, pushing her glasss up her nose.
Neely shrugged. "I can just feel it." She smiled to herself.
A loud horn honking made Neely scream and Natalie and I jumped. "What the hell?" We turned around. Drew was following us in his pick up. He saw me and puled into the nearest parking spot. "Hey Kendall, wait up."
"Walk faster." I whispered, pulling Neely and Natalie with me as I power walked.
"Who is that?" "Bad news." Neely mumbled.
"Ben!" She ripped her arm from my grip and sprinted into Ben's letterman jacketed arms.
"And that?" Natalie said.
"Ben, Neely's quarterback. Don't even look at him. She's crazy about that." I pulled her into the building behind me.
"Hey there pretty girl." My eyes were being covered. I smiled as Natalie laughed.
"Hi there mysterious man voice." I said as I touched Jesse's hands. I pulled them off and his face was right there. He leaned in for a kiss.
"Oh no you don't." I said slipping under his arm.
"What?"
"No kissing at a place for learning, mister." I shook my index finger in his face. He scratched the back of his head. "Please?" He smiled.
I practically melted in his arms. "I gueeeeess." I said, trying not to stumble over my weak knees.
He lowered his hand from his neck and pulled me closer by my waist. I tripped over my foot, sending actualy into his arms.
"You just can't help but fall for me, huh?" He raised an eyebrow. I blushed then looked around. "Where's Natalie?" He shrugged and kissed me. I kissed him back but my eyes were searching for Natalie.
"Aw crap." I said, muffled from his lips against mine.
"What?" He said leaning away. I pointed to where Natalie was standing.
