Human!Lucario [Romantic Hero]

Anyway i did this based on a reference of the song Ren'ai Yuusha of Last Note's,well sort of. I did write this listening to the song. And also this is partly AU,i think. Idk about what the actual heck was going on here.

There might be some typos in here,since i'm writting this half-awake. But hope you guys enjoy!

Lucario's POV

I,Lucario,am a hero of Unova. Or so what the human says. But i'm not always been a hero. I had just turn into a human around a year ago. At first i was confused,but after a week or two i adapted to the human's lifestyle. But seeing how Team Rocket had only cause nothing more than harm,i want to help. Other than i want to help my friends i also have my own reasons. I don't want any other pokemon to separate from their trainers. Just like me and Joe.

I was already a pokehuman back then. But still i lived inside my pokeball. We were chased by team rocket. And when i told him to ran with his other pokemons,he dropped my pokeball by accident. Which were destroyed by solar beam. In anger i beat them,but since then i haven't met Joe at all.

I don't want any other pokemon suffer the same fate as me,so i want to help them.

And right now, i was at Striaton City, protecting a girl with h/c hair and her Pichu. Again i beat the heck out of them with my martial art skills,punch and kicks were thrown at them. After that i walk up to her,and help her up.

"Thanks. I'm Y/N. You?"

"Lucario." I replied.

"Come to think about it,i heard rumours about you." She smiled.

"Yeah. Guess i'm pretty famous around here." I sheepishly spoke.

"Maybe i can help you out? With figting Team Rocket." Y/N asked.

There were some people who did ask me that. I said yes. But it ended up the same. Either they ran off when were were in a pinch or they stab me from behind,as a member of those bastards. Because of that,i have trust issues. But for some reason i said

"Sure."

I don't know why. She would probably ran off when we're in danger. But i try not to think too much. And since i met Y/N and her little Pichu we've been travelling around Unova together. We stayed at Striaton City since they were still there.

With the Stiration gym,we worked together. Since Cilan went on a journey with Ash,Chilli and Cress were the only ones we could ask for help. But other than the mess currently happening i have my own problems.

When we talked or she was being a bit close to me,i got really nervous. My heart pounded hard,as if it was about to jump out of my ribcage. Y/N's Pichu and Furret noticed this,and had been saying i'm in love.

Maybe i am? I couldn't really figure it out,but it realy bothered me. And Y/N has been acting a little strange too. She sometimes blushes a little and kept a distance from me.

"I'm going out to the market with Furret. You guys stay here." She spoke and left the house.

Normal POV

She left the building,leaving the boy with Pichu and Bulbasaur. Lucario sat on the sofa and watch some TV. The two little pokemons walk up to him and Pichu nudge him. The male looked at the little mouse who talked to him. Since he was a pokemon in the first place he could understand the two.

"So when are you going to confess?" Pichu asked.

"What?"

"U-duh,it's obvious to us. You like Y/N." Bulbasaur added.

He felt his face burning at that point. He turned away,not daring enough to look them in the eyes.

"At least confess,like it's obvious she likes you too." Pichu giggled.

He didn't reply. And soon Y/N return with some groceries. They had a delicious dinner,before the girl told everyone to go to bed.

As usual the day started with them walking around,and soon spot team rocket. With her trusty pokemon an Lucario just like how it's always been,the two kicked some butt. The horde of Leavanny thanked them,from driving away team Rocket. As a token of gratitude they gave Y/N a flower crown.

"Aww,that's so nice of you." She giggled.

"Pichu! Pi pichu!"

"Really? It looked good on me?" The girl pick up the tiny furrball.

"Well,f/fl does suit you." Lucario smiled.

Suddenly Bulbasaur's stomach rumbled,and so does Furret's. Y/N laughed hearing those sounds.

"Wanna make a stop at the ramen shop nearby?" The male asked.

"Sure. I'm hungry too."

They sat in front of the stand,having some ramen. The pokemons just munch their food,filling their empty stomaches.

"Sometimes i think people saw me not more than a hero." Lucario mumbled.

"Well,not to us."

He looked at her,in slight confusion.

"They look at you as a brother. And it's nice to have you around. You're a good friend."

"You're a nice person to have around."

Oh if only he saw the blush on Y/N's face when she said the last part.

After lunch they walk home. She told him they got some spare coins left from when they visit the arcade last month. In the end,they decide to spend the rest since it was afternoon. Y/N and Lucario played shotting games,battle RPG,and the crane machine. Both take turns and after a while they got a pile of dolls.

"Look,this one is a couple!"

She lift up two dolls from the bag. A bunny in a blue dress and another bunny in a black tux.

"One for you,and one for me!"

Y/N gave the boy bunny to Lucario. He took it gladly,despite the fact it wasn't really interested in dolls. But he was happy that she gave it to him. After getting back home,she went to the kitchen to make some stew. He plop on the couch,looking at two dolls in his lap. He thought of something,and pick them up.

Blushing,the male touched the doll's lips,as if they were kissing. And then his face became a tomato and he dropped both dolls.

Then Furret and Pichu walk up to him,with a piece of paper. Which in it was a doodle of his face and y/N's,with a big red heart in the middle. At that point he could literary see that Pichu was snickering.

"Quit it,you two!" He hid his furious face in the pillow.

Y/N looked from the kitchen at the odd scene before her eyes,wondering what was going on at the living room. Lucario probably won't confess anytime soon. But he has to do it quickly before someone else did.

Yea,this was rushed. And i also don't have any good ideas on this chapter. Sorry if it's not as good as the others. But hope you enjoy it!

Honestly i always saw Lucario in human form as a heroic type :D
