Chapter 2

Olivia entered the precinct, feeling better than she did yesterday. '' Liv, yes !'' exclaimed Finn, as he came walking up to her, he was holding his laptop tightly. '' Morning to you too'' replied Olivia, '' So, we have 16 matches by now, i' ve checked 6 already and they are all just regular teenagers'' stated Finn. '' Okay, good. Keep it up Finn'' smiled Olivia as she patted his back. '' Rollins, have you found anything ?'' she asked, as she walked over to Amanda's desk. '' Yes actually, i decided to put the signature things in the database from both of the attacks, and got four other matches. All four of them were blonde, and 16'' stated Amanda. '' Okay, is any of the girls alive? and where were these attacks?'' asked Olivia, as she grabbed a marker and walked over to the whiteboard. '' Girl 1: Alice Walker, deceased. This happened in Boston, Girl 2 : Lola Riley, alive. This was in Seattle. And Girl 3 Milly Rose, alive. This was in Boston too. Girl 4: Allison Baker, deceased, in Washington'' read Amanda. '' What i don't understand, is that some of the girls live while the others die. Does he choose? does he get interrupted? '' stated Carisi. '' Maybe he has made it a little game. Dead-Alive-Dead-Alive'' suggested Finn, '' Yeah, could be. Amanda, when did the attacks on those 4 girls occur?'' Asked Olivia. '' The first one was Alice Walker, on the 31st of may in 2009, then Milly Rose 4th of October 2010. Then Allison Baker 12th of January 2011, and finally Lola Riley 6th of June 2013 '' stated Amanda. '' A lot of time difference, it's been 3 years since the last attack'' stated Olivia. '' Aha!'' exclaimed Finn out of nowhere. Everyone turned their heads towards Finn, '' I have a match with a girl, i have googled her name, checked every social media site, but i can not find her. '' he said. '' Paige Miles'' he added. '' Text her back, say we meet in New York, at the local park'' suggested Olivia, as she wrote the screen name on the white board. '' But what if she is just a 16 year old girl?'' asked Amanda, '' then we know'' stated Olivia.

They were all set in the park that very next day, Amanda was set as bait, on the park bench they had agreed on. There was a disguised cop at every entrance, and near every park bench, carefully not to get spotted. They waited for nearly 15 minutes, yet there was no girl coming Amanda's way. But.. there was someone coming , the man looked rather cool and calm. He sat down next to Amanda and smiled '' Hey, you are Annie right?'' he asked. Olivia heard this through the wire and beckoned all the cops to rush up to the bench. '' NYPD, Put your hands on your head and sit down'' shouted Finn, as he pointed his gun towards the man, seated next to Amanda. The man, looked up anxious from Amanda, to Olivia, to the rest of the police officers, he looked to the entrance and realized fleeing wasn't an option, and slowly kneeled down on the ground. '' You are under arrest for the rapes of 3 girls and the murders of 3, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you can't afford one, one will be appointed to you. Do you understand these rights as i read them to you just now?'' asked Finn, as he tightened the cuffs around the wrist of the man.

They arrived at the precinct exhausted, '' We've put him in lock up for now, let's get home now. We'll do the interrogating tomorrow'' stated Olivia, as she grabbed her coat. She quickly rushed to her car, and drove home. She arrived home, payed the nanny and closed the front door. '' Noah, it is such a pretty day outside, do you want to go on a walk today?'' asked Olivia as she stroke his head. '' Yes'' squeeled Noah, Olivia smiled and put him in his stroller.

She walked through the streets up to the park, where she had just 5 hours ago caught a suspect. She occasionally patted Noah's head as she walked into the park.  " Do you wanna go down a slide?" Asked Olivia, as she carefully unbuckled his belt. Noah nodded excited, Olivia grabbed Noah's tiny hand and together they walked over to the slide. She lifted Noah up, and sat him down on the slide. Noah squeeled excited as she went down. Olivia lifted him up again and twirled him around. She stopped when she got dizzy, she placed a soft kiss on his forehead and looked around the park. Then she spotted him.
