Grias

Aphmau had to work fast, she willed herself to flip over so she could see better, the ocean! She whispered a prayer to the divines and shut her eyes. A huge gust of wind came out of nowhere pushing her towards the ocean and plunging her into the icy water, she gasped but got a mouthful of freezing water, Aphmau tried to get her senses back and instinctively pushed her arms up. This, of course made her sink further underwater and panic, she tried to scream for help but ended up blowing bubbles into her eyes. A hand grabbed her by the back of her dress and pulled her up out of the cold winter water, coughing and spluttering, she tried to look for the body connected to the hand that had saved her, Zoe looked down at Aphmau, a panicked look in her eyes "Are you ok? I sent Katelyn to get a blanket and my supplies." The elf asked taking off her jacket and putting it around Aph's shoulders. She tried to nod though her shivering didn't make it very easy, "How di-d you..." Aph stopped talking to save energy "Find you? Zoe finished the sentence for her friend. "I was picking herbs around the tree. Magic tree, magic herbs y'know? Anyway, I saw you run up the stairs followed by Katelyn and then I heard you guys screaming..." She sighed looking out over the horizon. Behind them Aph heard soft damp earth being turned up under foot, Katelyn had returned with a ton of blankets and a flask of something or other, "Ah Katelyn! Quickly, we need to warm her up. She's in shock. pass me the grias!" Aphmau figured she must have misheard "g-grias...? She asked quietly "shh try to conserve your energy. Katelyn can you warm her with down some towels. Did you get help?" Zoe ordered, Katelyn nodded picking up some towels "on the way." Zoe opened the 'Grias' and poured some into a metal cup "here, drink. It'll help trust me." She said handing it to Aph as Katelyn placed another blanket around her shoulders. She took the cup warily and sipped it. Her first instinct was to recoil I'm disgust until it got to the back of her throat, it was hot but syrupy, like liquid cookies. It warmed her up instantly and she felt like she was lying under sunlight in the grass, then she passed out.
