Garmau (Abandoned)

Idiot

Laurence marched through the village, he didn't care if anyone was in his way, he pushed past them with no remorse. He was set on a plan and he wasn't going to let anyone get in his way.
Aphmau had just put the baby down to sleep but unfortunately that wouldn't​ last for long. Laurance threw open the door and pinned Aph to the wall with his sword.
"nGHH- LAURANCE-!?" She excaimed, struggling against his weight, gasping for air. Laurance continued to keep his sword pressed against her throat hard. Aphmau's eyes darted to the baby who was starting to wake up, Laurance looked up when he heard the soft clatter of dishes in the other room.
"Who's there?" He called, Aphmau gasped as the pressure on her neck subsided slightly. Laurance looked around the room, ready to strike. Aph glanced at the lamp on the table next to her and slowly slid her hand closer, proceeding to wrap them around the bottom and smash it over a distracted Laurance, he fell to the floor, seemingly unconscious. Aphmau sighed turned around to the baby who was sleeping again, before she could lift the small child into her arms a hand grabbed onto her ankle, pulling with such force they slid right from underneath her body, her head banging on the side of the crib.
"HELP-!" Aph screamed, Laurance clamped his hand over her mouth, muffling her screams and stopping her from breathing.
A tall figure crept closer, punching Laurance in the back of the head, he collapsed on top of her, his hands loosening around her throat, Aph gasped and shoved him away, he rolled beside her, expressionless. The man who saved Aphmau extended his hand out, heaving her up effortlessly. In better light Aphmau realized that her hero was Garroth, he smiled warmly at her, his hands in her shoulders she sighed, looking into his eyes she knew there was no fighting it, no pushing it off her as she did Laurance. No, it was clear as day, she was in love with Garroth, every last bit of her heart ached to be his.
"Thank you." She said softly.
"Just doing my job." He grinned
They stared for a while, just looked into each other's eyes, enjoying being together.
"Lovely weather we're having ey'?" He said sarcastically, Aph shook her head laughing.
"Just kiss me you idiot." She said pulling him closer.
