Prompto and Ignis made their way towards the castle, both were already dressed in their black suits and ties as their limousine drove down the streets of the city, Prompto was looking out the window with his elbow leaned against the leather fabric of the window counter, the cool air hit his face and he closed his eyes, his heart was heavy because he could not stop thinking about you, it made him mad inside that the 2 of you did not know of each others feelings and in a few hours everything would be to late... Ignis noticed the down mood of Prompto but there was nothing he could say that would made him cheer up, they passed the apartment block where you lived and suddenly Prompto's eyes caught the moving trucks logo that was parked outside of your house, he lifted his head from his hand and turned around as the car passed it

"What's wrong Prompto?" Ignis asked as he saw his sudden movement

"Did you just see that?" he asked still looking out the back window, Ignis turned around but did not see anything

"No, what do you mean?" Prompto turned around and looked at him with serious eyes that showed a little fear in them

"That was a moving truck and it was parked right outside of Shiro's place!" Ignis eyes grew bigger but he tried to calm down Prompto

"Really? maybe someone in her house is moving in or out" Prompto shook his head

"No! it's her! I know it, she is moving and she didn't tell us because of Noct!" Ignis grabbed Prompto's shoulder

"Even if so then there is nothing we can do... it's her decision after all.. We have to concentrate on the wedding now" Prompto shook off his hand and crossed his arms over his chest, he kept quiet for the remaining time until they reached the castle.

Everything was prepared and ready, Noctis was working on his tie in front of the mirror when Gladiolus walked in

"Looking fresh I see!" he chuckled and walked over to him

"Thanks man" he replied and failed to do the knot right, Gladiolus took the tie in his hands and fixed it for him

"Nervous?" he asked, Noctis nodded

"A little.." he chuckled again

"Well it's not everyday that you get married" Noctis looked a little sad at his comment

"Yeah.." Gladiolus noticed his face and then he asked carefully

"Did you invite that girl from the camping trip? you 2 were really close I heard" Noctis build a fist with his hands and his eyes got angry

"I don't know what you heard but it's not like that... we were only friends.." Gladiolus was not dumb he heard the tone in which Noctis spoke and it was crystal clear to him what was going on, he gave him a pat on the shoulder and walked towards the door

"If you say so then there is nothing left for me to say than good luck, your heart knows what to do when you see Luna if you truly love her" Noctis looked down as he walked out and as soon as the door was shut he put his fist through the nearest wall and left a hole in it, he bit his teeth hard and panted in anger

"Damn it! Damn it! DAMN IT!" he yelled out and retrieved his hand from the wall, he walked away from it and left the room.

You had stopped at the park were you and Noctis once were together during winter and sit down at the bench, you had a nice view on the outer parts of the city that were far away, you took out the camera from your pocket and started scrolling through the pictures you had taken from him and the others, tears started to dwell up your eyes as the happy memories came back to you.

Noctis walked through the long corridor trying to pass his time till the ceremonial stuff started, he stopped at the passing were his garden was located and leaned his arm on the stone wall, he looked up to the sun and suddenly a familiar voice appeared behind him, it was Prompto's

"Seeking the silence I see" he said as he walked up to him, Noctis removed his arm and turned towards him

"Maybe" Prompto stopped next to him and looked at his face that showed every emotion, he tried to keep it hidden but he was not dumb, he took out the book from his back

"Here, this is for you" he said as he handed him the photo book, Nocti's eyes grew wider instantly as he lied eyes on the book, he took it hesitatingly

"She gave it to me a few days ago but I thought I wait a little longer before I give it to you, it's your birthday present after all" Noctis could not hide the shaking in his eyes as he hold the memory book in his own hands, he remembered back to the day when you first showed it to him

"I see.. so she really kept working on it even after I messed things up..." Prompto nodded

"Yes.. she did.. she put everything into it to finish this.. just like she promised" Noctis felt his heart ache in pain

"So I really was a true friend in her eyes..." he mumbled, Prompto suddenly could not hold it anymore and broke the promise he had made to Ignis and the King

"You are wrong.." Noctis looked up to him

"What do  you mean?" Prompto swallowed

"You had it wrong the whole time... she never saw you only as her friend..." Noctis eyes grew by his words

"She liked you... she liked you very much Noct... but when she noticed that her feelings started to change she did not know what to do... she knew that telling you was meaningless because you already told her that you would marry someone else... that caused her heart to ache whenever you were around her, she tried to keep it a secret because she could not risk your friendship, you were to important to her..." Noctis turned around and his body started shaking all over

"Your lying! she never felt this way about me!"  Prompto walked up to him once more

"She is in love with you man... I can't tell you how madly she is in love with you... her tears showed every emotion when she told me over and over again... I saw how she suffered from her love towards you because she knew that she could never be good enough for you" Noctis felt his own heart shatter into pieces as he heard Prompto's words, he could not move or breath his body was paralyzed from head to toe

"Here... this is also for you" Prompto handed him the letters that he had picked up earlier from the chest that was buried underneath the tree, Noctis recognized them immediately

"You probably know what they contain but I think this one would be of more interest for you" he handed him the newest letter that you had dropped in the chest recently, Noctis took the letter into his hand and looked at it for a moment without being able to say anything, Prompto took a step back and turned around ready to leave

"Before I forget.. I saw a moving truck in front her house earlier before we came here... she is leaving town probably tonight..." with that he left, Noctis waited till his footsteps disappeared until he ripped open the letter, he started reading it with big eyes full of hope. He finished the letter a few minutes later and his body was stiff, he felt a heavy weight crushing down on his shoulders and cut of his way to breath, he noticed what huge mistake he made, he felt a hand placed on his shoulder as he was turned around

"Hey are you ok Noct?" Ignis asked as he saw his face, Noctis eyes changed and he looked at him seriously

"You knew it to right?" he asked, Ignis gave him a questioning face

"Knew what?" Noctis smirked and placed the letter on Ignis chest and petted it 2 times

"You know what I'm talking about" he removed his hand and Ignis hold on to the paper as Noctis started walking past him

"Nice party, but unfortunately is has to go on without me" Ignis eyes grew big and he turned around in shock but Noctis was gone.
