Chapter 14- Proceeding Towards the END!

Manik's POV..

"How could you Manik!??" She shouted again and this time fisted to my shirt collars.

"It's for your well being baby! You have to go!" I pleaded helplessly cupping to her cheeks and she pushed me away. My legs hit the couch and I fell over it. She marched at me and bent over me placing my knees on either side of my legs..

"No! No! No! You Listen to me Manik! You can't do this to me ok! I love you so much! I can't! I can't even imagine a second without you! I will do whatever you want but! Don't send me away! Gosh! I can't see my girl in tears..

"Okay okay! Hey angel!" I regretted making her cry and forcefully cupped her cheeks to make her look at me..

"You don't wanna go!!?" I immediately surrendered and she shook her head like a baby. I wiped her tears and made her hide her face in my neck. "Ok am sorry! I won't force you for anything! But am scared for you my darling! I can't see you in trouble!" I told her lovingly and racked my fingers through her hair..

"No harm can touch me when you are with me!" She sniffed in my neck and I took a deep sigh..

She was stubborn...

I kept hugging her close and Cabir winked at me to which I glared at him, he stuck his tongue out..

Suddenly the loud sound of the basement door made all of us jump. I saw Harshad dragging a breathless Abhimanyu with him. Nandini got off my lap and I rushed towards Abhi..

"Buddy!" I called him out and he had tears in his eyes..

He was covered in blood and sweat..

"He could have killed Aryaman!" Harshad spoke shaking his head and Nandini gasped putting her hand on her mouth..

"I knew it! Abhi! It's okay! We will breakthrough their human trafficking business! I promise your revenge is near! You will get justice!" I told him and held him by his shoulders..

"It hurts so much Manik! It hurts so much! I want to kill him! I want to kill each and every Khurana!" He cried out and I hugged him..

He needed rest..

In spite of being torturing him to an extreme level he hadn't spoken a single word..

"Aryaman!!" I bellowed and fisted to his hair to make him look at me. "This! This khamoshi of yours! It won't help you! It will only prolong your death!" I shouted slamming his head with the back of the chair but he didn't say anything..
