Dear Jen,
Today started abnormaly optimistic. I had reread a book I had forgotten about. I couldn't sleep last night so I decided to grab "The Final Target". I think I finished it at about 7:00 this morning. I then took a 30 minute nap after and woke up feeling great. Auntie got peeved at me again. Something about not doing anything without being asked. Anyway she got me a second dance pad for my DDR from christmas. As I figured it. It's just another thing for her to take away. Listen I got to cut it short, so don't spill anything to anyone. Stay out of that limelight. Hope you are well.

Hurrying to hide her Journal, Shadow rolled over in her bed, closing her eyes. Through the gap in her door her aunt looked into it. In her faking sleep, Shade relaxed, knowing she wasn't in trouble.
