The rest of day was spent with Tony, Ziva, and Tali embracing one another and holding each other tight on the couch. By the time Tali's bedtime rolled around, she was already asleep in her father's and mother's arms. Together, Tony and Ziva carried Tali to Tony's spare room, and tucked her in.

------------------------------------------------------

Ziva emerged from Tony's bathroom. The ends of her hair were wet from the water of the sink when she splashed her face with water. She was already dressed in her pajamas. The oversized shirt she was wearing came just above her knees, and she was barefoot. Her hair was down, but straight.

"I see you have exchanged your twin for a full". She said, referencing Tony's bed.

Tony, who was sitting on his bed waiting for her, looked up to meet her eyes. "Yeah. I wanted to have enough room for us to sleep next to each other". He explained.

Ziva smiled, and walked over to him. She ran her fingers through his hair, and played with some of it at the base of his neck. Tony groaned, and closed his eyes at her touch.

His arms wrapped around Ziva's middle, and held her firmly close to him. He started placing kisses all over her collarbone.

"I. Just. Want. To. Make. Sure. You're. Really. Here". He explained between kisses.

Ziva chuckled, and forced Tony's head up to look at her. "I'm here, Tony". She then swooped down and kissed him on the lips. "I'm really here".

A tear trickled down Tony's cheek. The emotional trauma he had to go through the past few days wore him out. He was exhausted. Tony rested his forehead on Ziva's stomach, and breathed deeply.

"I love you. So much". He choked out. "Don't leave me. Ever. Please".

A lone tear trickled down Ziva's cheek as well. She straddled his lap, and hugged him tightly. "I will never leave you". She promised. "You and Tali are my everything".

.
Still holding on to Ziva, Tony laid down on his bed. He nestled his cheek in the crook of Ziva's neck. More tears began to run down his face while he sobbed.

"Hush now, sleep". Ziva cooed. "I will be here in the morning". She then began to sing Tony a lullaby.

Ziva's soothing voice effectively calmed Tony, and lulled him to sleep.

Hope you like it so far! 😘😘😘
