Chapter Five

(Y/N) P.O.V

I was glitching for some reason, I think he's going to notice and I don't want him to. We pulled away and I stopped...on skeleton and everyone could see. I looked at PaperJam who was smiling, was he happy that I was part skeleton? I thought as he stared at me.

"Y-you're a skeleton? But, I thought..." he trailed off as he started thinking, I'm guessing he was trying to come up with an explanation,

"half." Was all I managed to say with everyone staring at me, he looked at me curiously and the bell rang for math...I'll tell him at lunch so that it's just me and him.

*Time Skip to Lunch*

Me and PaperJam sat down at our usual table (the one you stole from Error) and I decided to tell him,

"I am half human and half skeleton okay. I have the two forms but I'm used to my human form as I was in an orphanage for a long time before my current father adopted me. No one wanted a freak but he thought he could help me and he did, I'm usually very cautious about telling people about this but I guess I'm not used to kissing someone so my emotions interrupted my power." I started eating out of fear of questions so that I had an excuse for not answering, PaperJam hugged me though.

PaperJams P.O.V

I hugged her not just because she was a skeleton, but because it made me love her even more, I want to be with her forever but I need to know if she shares these feelings. Well...she trusted me enough to tell me that and she didn't push me away when we kissed, I think she might like me back.

"(Y/N)?" I needed to ask her and I had to do it now,

"yes?" She replied with her sweet, soft voice,

"do you like me?"

"Of course I do, I wouldn't be your friend if I didn't like you," friend? That's what she thought of me? Just as my heart was shattering she added something, "but I would like if we were something else my dear Jammy." She wishes we were something else?! I hugged her tightly and kissed her cheek, I have to ask her, I can't keep it any longer...

"will you go out with me (Y/N)?" I awaited her answer with excitement and I was ecstatic to hear her answer,

"I thought we already were, seeing as you kissed me and all." She was mine now, she shared the same feelings for me. Just as I was going to kiss her someone came over to our table,

"hello there...so you think you can humiliate me and get away with it? I'm not going to let a human beat me and get away with it, I am going to end you." It was Error, he wasn't in our music class so he didn't know about (Y/N) secret yet,

"so you want a round two?" I was shocked, she's willing to fight Error? No one has ever been brave enough to fight Error, let alone an angry one, I looked at her with pleading eyes to silently ask her not to and I think she got the message. If only she listened to me.

"It's okay Jammy, he'll just have to find out the hard way," she smiled as she got out of my arms and walked over to Error. He threw his blue strings toward her soul but she dodged and threw arrows at him, I guess she has a selection of weapons to use, he dodged most of them but got hit a couple of times. He then started to use bone attacks and she changed her form...

(Y/N) P.O.V

I changed my form to be skeleton so that I could use the same stacks as him to level the playing field, he looked at me in shock. I threw white bones, blue bones and orange bones with no clear pattern which made it difficult to dodge, he threw more bone attacks and a coupe of gaster blasters.

"Ha! I'd like to see you try and beat that!" He sounded like he thought he had bested me and PaperJam looked worried as if he thought I couldn't do it, I proved them wrong,

"oh I'm sure I can." I made a row of six gaster blasters appear with three on either side of me by moving my left hand out, my right eye was glowing (S/C), I moved the same arm upwards from where it was, thus creating bones and katanas appear in a curved line, like rainbow. "Once I close my fist, all gaster blasters will fire and all of these attacks will impale you, so I suggest you give up and leave me alone. I'm not human so I would apprectiate (can't spell for shit) it if you would leave me alone, alright?" I asked as I didn't want to dust him, I already had the death of one monster on my hands and I don't want another,

"fine..." he sounded angry as the fight ended, "but don't think we'll be friends after this, freak." There we go, I was just waiting for someone to call me that, PaperJam kissed my cheek and we finished lunch. I didn't think I was going to be friends with that Error bitch anyways.
