Dear diary,
Sorry it's so late, but it's not like ou care, you're a book.
I'm writing by the firelight, so this might look a little basic. My terrible handwriting isn't helping, either. But we went a little deeper into the woods today. We found a natural waterfall with a crystal cave beneath it. It was beautiful. Maybe We should go back someday...?
Tomorrow is our last day out before we start heading back. We'll go back in a different route that will require repelling down a cliff face. That's what's mostly in our packs. But of course, why would there be anything else? We can get anything else we need through nature.
Ohmygod Mattie's using his bear like a giant fluffy pillow and it's just so cute I can't stand it! But I should probably be going to sleep if we are going to wake up early and go rock climbing and such.
