I opened my locker, only to have I slammed shut again. I looked over and all I saw was pretty pink finger nails, blonde hair and spray tanned skin. I growled and slapped Trinity's hand away as I re-opened my locker.
"Need something?" I asked.
"You know I'm dating Jayden, right?" she asked. I cocked an eyebrow and tried not to glare at her.
"Yeah, kinda figured that out." I rolled my eyes. Trinity scoffed and crossed her arms with a bitch attitude.
"You're dating someone too, right?" she asked. I nodded, my anger meter breaking the roof. "What's his name?"
"None of your fucking business you slut," I snapped. Trinity scoffed and flipped her hair. "My love life has nothing to do with you."
"Are you sure you're not using him to forget about Jayden?" she asked. That's it. I slammed my locker and brushed up in Trinity, pushing her into a wall. She looked up at me with terrified eyes, but after a second, they turned back into her fierce gaze.
"You stay out of my way, Trinity. I don't want you anywhere near me. If I see you around the people I know, I'm not going to hesitate to punch you." I pushed Trinity into the wall as she stumbled over. I gave myself a slight smirk, rewarding myself for my accomplishment.
As I started to walk away, Trinity stood back up.
"You don't know, do you?" she called out. I turned back around and glared at her.
"Know what?" I asked. Trinity smiled wickedly.
"Ashlynn was never your friend. It was all an act..." Trinity said.
My heart dropped. Literally.
"...What?" I retorted. Trinity grinned. "What are talking about? I've been friends with Ashlynn for three yea--"
"I know. That friendship was fake. You seriously didn't know? Well, it's too late now. The cats out of the bag," Trinity leaned on a cluster of lockers, sighing heavily. "She was pretending, Dannie. Lying to you for as long as you've known her." I gulped hard. It seemed like my heart was stuck in my throat and it was beating uncontrollably. I stepped back and gave Trinity a look of disbelief.
"Don't lie--"
"Oh, I'm not lying. Its the truth. Go ask Ashlynn yourself. I'm sure she'd be happy to tell you." Trinity snarled. I grimaced and ran down the halls. I didn't know why I was running, or why I believed Trinity, but there was a feeling in my gut that told me... this time, she wasn't lying.

I knocked on Ashlynn's door. pounding until my knuckled were red. Ashlynn opened the door with a frown as she looked me up and down. I did the same. She was wearing pajamas and a white tank top with earphones wrapped around her neck. I was breathing hard, which made Ashlynn's face churn.
"What's wrong, Dannie?" she asked. I inhaled sharply and clenched my teeth.
"Trinity told me you were lying about our friendship." I said it. Please Ash... please tell me she's lying. I thought, shuddering. I glanced at Ashlynn, who had the most hurt face in the world. I kind of regretted telling her.
"Trinity told you that?" I nodded.
"Please tell me she's lying...." I pleaded. Ashlynn ruffled her hair and sighed.
"...... It was three years ago and that was when I was still a bitch--" Ashlynn said. I gasped and clenched my fists so hard they turned white. "But it's different now--"
"You just admitted it..." I growled. "You just fucking admitted it!" I screamed. I wanted to punch Ashlynn, but it would just make it worse, so I held back.
"Its different now!" she screamed back.
"So what?! What did those three years mean to you? Was I just a fucking toy?! I'm not a toy, Ashlynn; and I hate bitches who treat people like them. And right now, my eyes are all on you, Ash." I snapped. Ashlynn knitted her eyebrows and contracted her fists.
"I'm a different person, and definitely not a bitch!" Ashlynn said. I rolled my eyes.
"Really now? Because last time I checked, bitches are people who only care about themselves, follow other bitches, turn their backs in their friends, betray. Lie and betray! And that's exactly what you did! You lied to me!" I was almost on the verge of tears, but I sniffed them back.
"You don't understand! I wanted to tell you, but--"
"But what? You were afraid you were going to hurt me? Make a fool out of me?" I stepped off of Ashlynn's porch, slowly backing away. "Well, I'm hurt and I feel worse than a fool." Then, I broke. The tears came and the glass shattered. Ashlynn followed me.
"Dannie, don't leave--"
"No," I demanded. "I'm not staying. I can't even stand to see your face right now. So I'm going to go and I'm not coming back. Not tomorrow, nor in a few days... but forever. Good-bye, Ashlynn."
