School went okay, and it was soon time for the trip.

The flight was at 11:00 am.

Honestly, I HATE packing. I’m always dependant on my mum for the packing and stuff.

But mom had already told me to pack my stuff on my own.

And my packing was a complete disaster. I had made my room a complete mess.

“Oh my goodness Olivia! What a mess! Clean this RIGHT now!” Mom was furious.

“Mum, I am getting late! The cab will be here any minute!” I said, making a puppy face.

“And where is your jacket?” Mom asked.

“It should be here somewhere..” I said, looking for my jacket.

Honk!

“Okay Mum, the cab’s here! Bye! Love You!” I said, running out of the door.

“Bye Sweetheart! Say Hi to the boys from my side! Take Care!” My mom said, waving.

“Okay..Bye!”

I said, sitting into the cab.

“ARE YOU EXCITED??!!!” Alex said, “WAIT A MINUTE. WHERE THE HELL IS YOU JACKET?” Alex asked.

“It’s not so cold, I guess..” I said.

BIG FAT LIE. IT WAS COLD.

“Whatever. I am soo excited!! You’ve kept your polaroid camera right?” Alex said.

OH SHIT.

“Turn Back! Turn Back!” I shouted to the driver.

The driver took a U-Turn.

“I knew you would forget it” Alex said.

“You should’ve reminded me then, you idiot!”

I ran back to the house and rang the doorbell.

Mom opened the door.

“Mom I forgot the camera.” I said.

I ran upstairs, grabbed the camera and ran out of the doors.

“Olivia, take your jacket!”

Mom handed over the jacket to me.

“Thanks Mom..Bye!”

“Ok, let’s go..” Alex said.

The airport was an hour away from my house.

After 45 minutes or so, I called Louis.

“Hello?”

“Hey Lou? Where are we going to meet?” I asked.

“It’s Harry, Olivia. I think we’re going to meet at the Check-In. We’re going through the green channel. Where are you both by the way?” Harry asked.

“We’re almost there.” I said, as the airport came into view.

After paying the driver, we took our luggage and went in the airport.

“Okay, where is the Check-In gate?” Alex asked.

“Umm it should be that way..” I said, pointing towards the right side.

Alex and I had never travelled alone until now. After about 20 minutes of roaming at the airport, we finally found the check-in gate.

The boys were all standing with coffees in their hands.
