Planning the first battle

'(From what Alice said, there will be two' battle teams' that the teacher sets randomly, which is also reset every week in battle class. They will compete against each other in a battle and the winning team gets to go to interval, 15 minutes early. She also mentioned that its one of the most important activities in battle class..)'

"In group 1 we have Yui, may, Alice, Jin and Nia. In group 2, we have Daisy, Brian, Conrad, spike and a international student, Toshiro."

"(What! I thought spike wasn't in our class!)"screamed may quietly.

"Oh, this teacher doesn't take the role often."

"You mean never."retorted may.

"You could say that."smirked Alice. "Excited that we are going to battle together?" teased Alice loudly.

"You don't have to rub it in my face Alice! I'm a little rusty, that's the thing that worries me."

"My, your fears are exotic, aren't they?" taunted Alice again.

"Alice!" 

"We will now start the battle in 5 minutes after meeting up with your group."declared the teacher. "Remember to set your leader that will lead your team and discus your abilities!"

May and Alice separate from daisy and meets shortly with their team.

"All right guys. The name is Jin and for now I will be the leader of this team. Any objections?" yelled Jin, trying to get the message clear over the loud noise level. No one disagreed so Jin continued. 

"So, I would like to know what type you guys are and what weapon you use. I will start off and we will be turning clockwise. I'm a tanker that uses fists."

"I'm Yui and a 'support' type that uses a magical guitar." yelled Yui cheerfully.

Then a small young boy stepped in front. "My name is Nia and I am a universal type. As for my weapon, I don't have one but use a robot to attack."announced Nia happily.

"Where is your robot?"asked may curiously.

"I don't have it around often since it attracts attention, I will summon it when battle starts."

Then Alice stepped in and spoke loudly. "I'm Alice and a support type and I use keys as a weapon."

"Keys?"said Jin, disgusted.

"Don't underestimate them, They can take off your neck if your not careful."delivered Alice in a hard tone.

He shrugged it off  and turned to may who was anxious at all the sudden attention.

"I-i'm may and a offensive type. My weapon is a machine gun."said may, trying her best to not stutter, but it was almost unachievable. Still, Jin wasn't too bothered by it and so weren't the others so it was a moment to savor.

"Since i'm a tanker, I will be standing in the front line for now. I would also like to know how long it takes for you and Yui to prepare the heal after being used."Jin said pointing to Alice and Yui.

"Since the healing spell that I cast also removes negative elemental status, it takes me about 2 minutes."informed Alice slowly. Then Jin looked at Yui.

"My heal should take over a minute."calculated Yui.

"...and what's your second skill?"asked Jin.

"I revive a corpse as a zombie for 2 turns."Alice said plainly.

"W-what?!"exclaimed may loudly.

"No! Not like that. I mean, once they revive, they won't die. However, once their second turn is consumed, then they will fall to their death again. Like a zombie."explained Alice carefully so no one gets the wrong idea. 

"Hmm... that will be useful. How about you Yui?"

"I revive every ally that's on the battlefield with at least a quarter of their health. If their are less allies, then the more health the others recovers."

"We will save that skill to the very last then, when about three or four of us are dead, then you will have to use it. As for Alice, you will use second skill immediately when someone dies. However, use the heal when our health is 60 percent or under. This goes for Yui as well."declared Jin firmly.

"What about me? What about me?"asked Nia desperately, disappointed that he's left out.

"Seeing your robot will be really convenient... but don't show us yet. Since you are a universal type, you could be in the front row as me but we will have to see the robot first when we enter the battlefield. What are your skills then?"

"My first one lands an attack on every enemy and has a chance to electrically shock them and my second skill also inflicts damage on every enemy but I added a spell that speeds up their turns by two and also they can't use a skill for 10 seconds." finished Nia still, happy as ever.

"Impressive, we will use the second skill whenever possible and will also be used first. Since they can't use a skill or cast a spell for 10 seconds, we have some time to use another skill which will be your first skill." ordered Jin strictly. "....and may, what are your skills?"

"My first skill forces damage onto one enemy and it also ignores their defense. My second skill inflicts damage onto every enemy and also decreases attack power and damage delivered."finished may quickly.

"...Okay, we will use the second skill after Nia uses his first skill to reduce as much damage as possible."concluded Jin.

"What about my first skill?"asked may innocently.

"When the time comes, I will tell you to use it."replied jin shortly. "Does anybody have any other questions?" yelled Jin. No one raised  their hand so he finished the planning.

"Right! That will be the end of your planning! I want you to get ready to enter the battlefield now students!" ordered the teacher stiffly.
