"Oh no you don't!"whispered a charming voice that was directed towards may.
May cringed hard. Could it be...
'Spike!'
'No,no,no,no,no,no....why now..?'
Crouching down firmly and acquiring a heavy weapon that was positioned in an uncomfortable state, may could feel the agony that spike was holding in, in the heroic pose as if horrendous memories were provoked in her past but the pain that may described was not present for him. He looked as if the late summer breeze has finally hit him although a chilling aura was surrounding the others. May then noticed that his casual clothes weren't particularly present. A slim armor was stretched across his broad shoulders and a bulky chest plate also hugged around his well built body. An obtuse belt was also showing, with metal boots covering the bottom. Finishing the look, a dark cape was clutched onto a heavy shoulder pad. His majestic appearance obtained a bold attitude as his wavering hazel hair fluttered violently. She could feel the temperature rising and it wasn't good. Staying motionless and guarding the poker face he maintained, spike glanced at may who was stiffened from both annoyance and relief. He was also relieved that may was still in good shape and no wound lay on her body. May stiffened more at his sudden gaze and could feel the burning heat sizzle her sweat. She had a mixture of strong emotions but her anger was incomparable to the others now. It spiced up her memory and a blurry vision of spike was set on her mind.
'Why on earth did he block it? It was the perfect shot and he just rudely interfered! '. Yelled may inside her head but there was still a part of her that was glad to see spike again although in this instance, it was difficult to evoke that part of her.
The outcome of spike's spontaneous entrance resulted in the majority of the grass to freeze and snow particles began to swirl slowly around the two groups. Not only this but both teams were struck by fear and movements were forbidden during his entrance. The teacher on the other hand was not impressed and was slightly aggravated from this useless occurence. He acted immediately to spare more time.
"Seven knights spike, please make it to class on time. Take your place in the battlefield." Informed the teacher in a snobby way. After he replied to his impulsive behavior, spike slowly stood up, not taking his eyes off may too soon and turned around to take his position in the welcoming battle field.
The battle continues with spike accompanying the other team in a 'helping' way. Ever so passively one could say but regardless of this fact, it continued. Spike stepped into his reserved spot and the familiar azure light returned with more stronger colors and the blinking matter disappeared. This didn't really affect may's team hugely and no further reaction was displayed. It was again the opposing team's turn as may's team was stripped from their previous turn 'unfairly'. Not knowing what the intentions of his own team members plan was, spike set out into the opposite territory quickly. He jumped high into the air and slammed his axe downwards ever so powerfully in a brutal way. A blue light illuminated from spike's weapon and a powerful blow was dealt. Innocent nia was the victim of this and he looked as if he was frozen already from this fatal attack.
"Nia!"screamed may but the axe already landed on it's victim. Spike effortlessly landed gracefully on to the grass and when he did so, an abnormally large iceberg was crystallized into nia's body and snowflakes formed around it slowly. Promptly, it cracked harshly from the sheer wait of these snowflakes and the unlucky victim was bound to be forced down into the ground where sharp shards were waiting but a second, huge silhouette was also trapped inside the ice. Nia came out unharmed and was comfortably laying down on the hands of bolt. No damage was delivered to the pair and spike also 'fails' to freeze them as well.
"I'm fine, may!" responded nia, also adding a innocent smile.
May sighs with relief. 'Why am I so anxious about nia getting hit? Why?' At that very moment, May couldn't see bolt protecting nia all the way through. It was almost as if he became transparent when spike came into view. 'Well... I guess I don't want to see anyone die... in front of my very own eyes...no matter who it is...'
