  When the smoke finally cleared up, alice and sylvia was shocked to see spike holding may in his arms. 

"Sir spike!?"

"(Spike! Let me go!)"whispered may trying to get out of his firm grip. She squirmed in his arms but no method could help her escape. After she let out a deep sigh she whispered again, "T-this is embarrassing..."

"(So, do you think that will make me let go?)"asked spike cheekily. He grinned at may and jumped down from the high platform landing with a dramatic pose.

"S-s-s-sir spike! How could you-"stuttered sylvia shaking from the unbelievable scene in front of her but lost the words to explain her furry.

His new sour behavior towards her fueled her inner hatred towards may to expand. The flawless plan of hers now torn apart by spikes own hands could only naturally make her scream inside. She edged behind may and got her staff in place. As twinkling dark spots silently flickered, she maniacally laughed in a hushed tone making the two of them not notice. 

'It's game over for you may! Time to hand over-(!?)' 

She was then suddenly got blocked by alice who smirked with satisfaction. With the enlarged key in her hands, she pushed off her foe leading the attack to be obstructed. 

"Its disappointing to know that you didn't learn from your lesson."scolded alice coldly, fondling her key.

"(Grrr)"

Then from the embarrassment sylvia earned, she fled into the night with the crow following. Alice sighed with relief and followed spike and may to the house, exhausted from the fight she had to put up.

"Are you hurt may?"asked spike dead serious, staring right through her shivering soul.

"If I was hurt by such a low-level spell than I would never forgive myself..."retorted may, "... and if I got harmed, alice has some decent healing methods to help me recover anyway."

"I would advise you to keep your weapon in a more secure place..."sighed spike.

"I agree..."groaned alice

"..."

"Forgot to study..?"questioned spike innocently, turning to may.

"How... do you know?"asked may, suspecting anonymous behaviour.

"Thought just crossed my mind." 

"...yes..."replied may, "...but your acting as if you have... have you..?"queried may, doubting the so 'polished' spike.

"Well, of course"spike answered evidently and could then soon tell what may was really digging for.

"Um... can you-"stammered may.

"Fine... but only once."answered spike giving a quick glance to the clock. 

*The next day

"(Spike....... I want...you..to)"

"MAY! Wake up!"Screamed alice, annoyed at may's stubborn behavior.

"I didn't say anything!"

"Just come and eat breakfast, we are going to be late!"

"Yup, I'll...be ...there......in.. just a sec......."muttered may before she dozed off again into the depths of her dreams. With that, she increased the anger alice had held in. 

"MAY! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HOUSE TO BECOME A FUNERAL HOSTING BUILDING, I DEMAND YOU TO COME NOW!" yelled alice as she pulled her tail to the dining room. Her eyes now finally split apart and she could make out what was happening around her. With the smell of satisfying food, she regained her energy and fixed her dishevelled clothes. 

"So what's for breakfast ...?"she questioned strictly. As always her picky demeanor took over frantically. 

"Just something that I saw that was shoved into the back of your cupboard.."

"Ahh...bacon and eggs...cliché alice,cliché."she said studying the food to every molecule.

"..."

"It's a natural process that happens everyday so don't worry."

"...somehow I feel insulted..."informed alice.

*After arriving at school*

'damn it...where on earth did alice go...?' moaned may looking around hurriedly. In the state she was in right now, millions of negative thoughts raced through her mind and she could definitely see people gossip about her. ignoring the thoughts, she continued with her path. Whilst looking around, she noticed jave and another seven knight heading towards what seemed like the main hallway and quickly made her way to the entrance as well, following them fast.

While running towards the hallway, she could notice jave turning his head around her way. Sure enough, his friend did the same. Seeing this, she turned her heels fast and sluggishly walked back.

"Hey! You there with the cat ear and tail!" exclaimed jave.

'oh shoot! I am now officially doomed...' she thought as she stopped.
