Absolute Zero

Spike grimaced for only a second to only smirk widely. He punctured a sizable hole into the ice crater and the outcome was amazing, almost unbelievable. May was in terrible shock.

'S-Spike! W-why would y-you...'may cried.

May was left ever so solemnly to deal with the seven knight, Spike alone. Which of course, as the devil he is, set up a gruesome trap that would satisfy his 'plan'. Evidently, May fell into it quickly and is suffering to a great extent because of this. Following on from this, she has developed such murderous passion towards him.

*Previously*

Spike powerfully landed his preeminent skill that quickly turned into a guilty act when Alice innocently decided to dip her finger into spikes 'adverse' plan. As doing so, she also triggered May's own Pandora's box to open widely.

With Spike's vision now hindered by Alice's keys, his mystical axe collided with the frozen ice and a chilly explosion occurred instantly. Smithereens of the fictitious ice land were hurled in a berserk demeanor and as if dynamic energy was compelled ever so forcefully into these jagged pieces, they violently hurled towards everyone on the immaculate battlefield. The pieces then fell simultaneously and ghastly exploded, causing everyone on the battlefield to have a high chance of freezing and being caught in a horrific state.

However, there were a few exceptions for three people who did not get hit by the skill. Spike, as the caster would obviously not get targeted in the attack and the teacher also did not fall victim to this skill since he was on much higher platform then the others. However, the last person happened to be innocent may who was astonished at the baffling aftermath of spike's skill. Can't blame her though. Although she did get directly hit by the attack, a small quantity of damage was dealt and she also wasn't frozen elementally which was physically impossible in this matter(no pun intended ). Strangely enough, Spikes own team members were frozen to the flesh although they did have a protective elemental cover shielding them the entire time. It was a rare sight to see a figure who has such immense power, to ignore the elemental barrier bluntly by only using a skill.

*Coming back into the present*

'Has your perverted mind gone NUTS?! This is in capital letters, PREPOSTEROUS!' She yelled inside as tears were on the verge to spilling over. She luckily held it back in, with some dignity still thriving in her.

It was an awfully uncomfortable situation to be in for may as two premier figures were strictly fixated on her every motion. Broken sweat started to break out promptly and she shifted her body firmly. It was assuredly her turn now, yet, she remains still. Dead still. May's turn to relentlessly pour all the fiery fury onto spike has come but yet she was vaguely stopped. Yielded by such strong voice that murdered her inside.

'May... don't... do it...!'shrieked may throughout her head. All the energy and force she had been breathing, now faded and stripped off her.

"May, unless you want to stay entirely lost in this virtual reality world, I advise that you fire your first shot." informed the teacher nastily.

"..."

"Now." said the teacher, raising his tone in an irritated way.

"I...I understand."

With a tear slightly teetering on the edge of her eye, she got a hold of her self stubbornly. Now loading her own gun to it's maximum capacity reluctantly, May didn't dare take a quick glance into spike's bitter eyes, nor did she intend to set off into the battle without a plan to aide her steps. Otherwise if she ought to do such behavior, the two of the premier figures would subliminally mistake her as a blonde hag that had just forgot her trip to the mall. A slight tug came down from her weapon signifying that all the energy was finely loaded. Wanting to end this absurd situation, may in haste, fastened her machine gun and with subtle movements, she adjusted the weapon to make a direct hit to spike adding a powerful impact. She was ready. More then ready, really, yet her mind was shattering into thousands of emotional pieces that reflected her pure inner self. Two loud clicks went off and there was a spontaneous roar.
