Traitor

Niall's POV***

I woke up to find Cinder's arms wrapped around my waist, I turned to face her. She was beautiful, she looked so peaceful, did I say she looks beautiful?

I watch her eyes flutter open as she wakes.

"Morning babe, how are you feeling?" I ask with my husky morning voice, I watch her body shiver at my voice.

"I slept okay.. But.." She trailed off.

"What?" I ask.

"Last night was scary... You really scared me.." She tells me, I felt my heart break a bit at the memory of what happened.

"I'd never hurt you babe, never.. You know that." I say wrapping my arms around her waist and pulling her closer.

"And now thanks to you... I.. Never mind." She says pulling the blanket back and attempting to get up.

"No, no, no, no. What where you going to say?" I say pulling her back into bed and hugging her closer so she couldn't get away.

"Nothing, don't worry. You want some food?" She asked kissing my nose, I nod and let her go from my grip.

I wanted to know what she wanted to say, I'll have to try again later, at the moment I want food! We got out of bed and walked down stairs still fully clothed, as we got down there I saw all of Cinder's family.

"Morning guys." Cinder's says as she walks to the kitchen to get some food that had bed laid out, I followed along and got some food. As we walked back to the dining area Cinder stopped in front of me, I look up confused till I meet the boys gaze that stood in front of her.

"Hey Cinder," he says giving her a kiss on the cheek, "Who's this? You're new friend? He seems like a douche." My temper rose at his words and actions, I watch as Cinder lays her plate on the table and grabs mine of me and sits it down too before speaking.

"Hey Kyle.. Why are you here?" Kyle? Who is this dick? Why have I not heard of him?

"Because, I missed you. And I had to come over to do some work for your dad." He says wrapping his arms around her and hugging her, my blood started to boil, can I punch this dude out already?!

"Can I talk to you later Kyle..?" she says as she pushes him off her.

"C'mon babe," BABE?! "Ditch this loser and let's have some fun." He says, who the fuck does he think he is?!

"Kyle, go away.." She pushed him away.

"But-"

"Back off." I cut him off, he looked me up and down before speaking.

"Or what? You're going to bore me to death? Who are you anyway?" He say mockingly.

"Never the mind who the fuck I am, who the fuck are you is the question and why are you flirting with Cinder?" I say trying not to punch him.

"I'm Cinder's partner, you know.. pretty much her boyfriend." I couldn't take it anymore, I grabbed his wrist and twisted it around so his arm was behind his back and facing the opposite direction to me.

"Don't you fucking DARE treat a woman like that, no matter how horrible they are. Now leave." I say pushing him towards the front door, he stumbled before walking over to Cinder's father on the couch. fuck..

Cinder's POV***

I couldn't believe that Kyle was flirting with me.. In front of Niall too! I feel so bad, and now he's talking to my dad.. I grab Niall's arm and pull him into a chair next to me at the dinning table, I look at Swifty across from me and smile. I felt Niall's hand move to my thigh, it was comforting, reminding me that it will be okay.
