Day 12 – Here we go again
Right, so the ad exchange app asked me to rate their service. And really, I rarely give a 5 out of 5, or 10 out of 10. So, initially, I rated it 4 out of 5 stars. And I got a message from them saying that they only give the extra 200 credit for 5-star reviews. I get their point. I get the logic behind it and yeah, the consequences of actually rating it below the maximum. But as one of my favorite anime character said, a perfect score meant there's no more improvement needed. And I was like, most things have room for improvement.
Anyway, the point is I changed my 4-star review to a 5-star review. I just think it's too early to give that 5-star to them, but currently, I do like their service. It was awesome and helpful in generating traffic, so yeah, I gave it to them.
And I just started thinking of how to get reviews from my customers myself. And yes, I do need positive feedbacks and good comments and basically all the good stuff. I'm learning the trade, looking for good questions to ask. Questions that would give me something to improve my own services. It's good fun.
