Day 13 – Dream Again

I'm the kind of person whose dreams (the ones you get when you sleep) do come to life.

I have categorized my dreams into two: 1) the clear, vivid ones, colored and 2) the abstract, set in the past kind of thing, black-and-white.

Now, when I was still in college, I do try to interpret the second type of dream whenever I have time alone, to mull things over. These days? Not so much.

So, I only focus on the first type. Whenever I have vivid dreams, they do manifest in my life within the day or the next. It's not necessarily the exact thing, but close.

See, the other night, I dreamed of getting a lot of orders from lingerie. And I know in my dream, that no, I don't sell lingerie in my store. So it was kind of weird.

This afternoon, after logging-in in my store, there was this abandoned cart report and I looked into it. It was the first time, anyway. So, I looked into it and saw that the landing page was from a site I do not know. Usually, it shows that the customer came from google search or from the page posts in facebook. This one was different.

So I clicked the link, and lo and behold, it was a lingerie store. Basically, it was one of the stores using the free ad exchange. So maybe, this customer was browsing their website, got down to the bottom of the site and saw one of my ads, clicked on it and was redirected to my website. Cool.

And then, since it was an abandoned cart, I researched on abandoned cart recovery email. There were loads. I made one and sent it to the potential customer. It was good fun.
