I woke up to the harsh rays of the sun. I groaned and sat up.

I looked around at the strange group the Moon had put together. All our powers...

Punzie stirred and sat up. She, amazingly, didn't have bed head. The I realized she had made herself bald when she fell asleep. Currently she was deciding how long her hair should be.

"I like that length," I said aloud. Punzie blushed and ducked her head, keeping her hair shoulder length.

"Sleep well?" she asked. Before I could reply, Mer started to moan. I looked over and saw she was sweating. Her face was scrunched up. She started flailing.

"No..." Mer muttered. "No, no, NO!" She started screaming. Hic shot up. He looked around confused and saw Mer. He was at her side in an instant.

"Merida," he said, shaking her. "Merida wake up."

Mer flew up. I literally mean flew up. She was like, 30 feet in the air. I flew up to her and started shaking her, as she was still asleep.

Mer's eyes opened and she looked around.

"Why am I in the air?" she asked.

"Well, you were having a nightmare and suddenly you just flew up here. Nothing else to it."

"I'll just go back down now."

"Good idea."

We flew down to the ground. Punzie and Hic were looking worried. If anything, Hic was more worried.

I kinda feel bad for Hic. It doesn't take an idiot to realize that he really likes Mer. So, I guess I'm calling Mer an idiot because I don't think she knows.

Anyways, Hic looked like he wanted to give Mer a hug, but he instead he just, kinda, stood there.

Smooth as sandpaper Hic.

"Are you okay?" Hic asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine."

"Do you want to talk about it?" Punzie asked.

Mer shook her head and continued to look at the ground.

I clapped my hands. "We've got a busy day of training. Let's eat breakfast quickly and get to it."

After some yummy squirrel and fish (for Toothless) we moved into the middle of the clearing. Toothless just took a nap.

"Okay, how about..." I racked my brain, trying to think of something, "Hey Punzie, try growing a rose bush. Hic, create a ditch. Mer, melt any snow I make."

While Punzie tried to grow a rose bush, Hic made a ditch that was 5ft long and at least 6ft deep. Punzie was still trying to make a rose bush. So far, the clearing looked like a very pretty garden with every flower imaginable, except roses.

I started filling the ditch with frost and snow. When I was done, Mer started throwing fireballs in. They weren't very big so it took a while for the snow to become water.

Punzie finally grew a rose bush and turned smiling.

"Hic, I want you to try and fallify all the flowers but the roses. Punzie, work on making that rose bush bigger. Mer, try to boil the water."

"Wait, fallify?" Hic asked, a smile spreading across his face.

"Yes, fallify. The act of making something fall like. For example, Hic fallified the flowers without questioning the superior, handsomer leader, Jack Frost."

That made everyone laugh. I smiled as I watched. Mer had good form as she tried to create a fireball. They were growing bigger, but it took a while in between each of them.

"Hey Mer, try creating a jet of fire. Like this." I shot shot a stream of snow across the clearing. It hit a tree and covered it.

Mer nodded and turned back to her task. I looked over a Hic. He was doing pretty good. Over half of the flowers looked like they were in the middle of fall.

Punzie was doing okay. She was making the rose bush bigger, but it was really, really slow. You could see it growing, but you had to blink several times before it really moved.

"Having trouble Punzie?" I asked.

Punzie seemed breathless as she stopped trying to grow it.

"I can grow it, but something feels wrong. Like the bush is resisting."

I peered over the bush. Everything looked okay. Then I got to the bottom. This huge bush was coming out of a tiny hole. I moved some dirt and saw a tangle of roots.

"Hey Punzie? Here's the source of you problem. It's too tight."

Punzie bent down. She placed her hand on the spot and concentrated. The roots started to untangle themselves. I could feel the earth moving under me.

"Try to concentrate on the roots as well as the actual plant. Other than that, good job!"

I moved back to Mer. She had figured out how to make a stream of fire. It was coming along nicely. The water was starting to steam and bubble a little around the edges. Hic was finishing his last couple flowers. Punzie's bush was really big.

They all finished around the same time.

"Excellent. Now Mer, try to move the water onto the fallified flowers. Hic, try to fallify the rose bush. Punzie, you can kick back."

Punzie looked almost upset that all her hard work was being fallified. Hic looked like a kid waking up to a snow day. AAAAAAAAWWW-YEEEEAAAH! Mer just looked grumpy. I guess she was really trying and I was so demanding. Oh well.

Mer was able to get a steady stream of water onto the fallified flowers. Hic was fallifing the rose bush. They were getting pretty good.

Once they were done, I went to Italy and brought back some pasta. I LOVE that snow globe!

I was thinking about what to do after we were done when the ground started rumbling. Punzie thought quick.

"Get in the air! Fly up off the ground! GO!" Punzie jumped on Toothless behind Hic and they took off. Mer was up in a snap. I was about to fly up......but it was pretty much impossible as my staff was being bumped across the clearing.

I was almost within arms reach when a figure popped up from the earth. I heard a girl screaming my name as I stared down the Necromancer.
