***Rose's POV***
After the horrible song, more like 4 hours later we were still stuck in the car.
"I think we should turn left." Livia suggested and jabbed Chance in the neck. "You do know that it would be smarter to take left, it's shorter. Just ask Siri!" She protested and took of her sweater.
Chance rolled his eyes at her and replied, "No, it's not. We've never gone that way and we're supposed to meet Rose's dad at 7. That's only a few hours away."
I leaned forward and tickled his collar with my finger. "Please Chance." I breathed out.
He groaned and looked at Cade for advice. Cade lifted an eyebrow and shrugged. That caused Chance to groan again. Finally, after another moan he swerved into the left direction and took left.
"Where's the sign, Livia? I don't see the sign."
I got comfortable on the seat and pulled on the collar of Chance's sweater that I was wearing.
"I'm hungry." Livia whined and clutched her belly. She stared out the window before unbuckling herself and hoisting her body up to hang over the seat.
"Livia sit down!" Cade was shouting at her. Livia propped her head up and narrowed her eyes, "I'm looking for food!"
I silently giggled and then squealed. "A Gas Station! Now we can fill up the stupid car!" I smacked the seat.
"My car is not stupid." Chance whined as he pulled up. He parked the car and sighed. He signaled for Cade to come with him to fill up.
"Rose, can we please go inside and get food?" Livia begged me. She's pregnant, I'm pregnant, we'll why not?! It's just food. I nodded and grabbed Chance's debit card and we both silently slipped out of the car, unnoticed. We snuck into the store and went wild.
I had gathered, 20 packs of beef jerky, 12 packs of those huge bubblegum, 15 bags of chips, a few goodie bags, one slush, two bottles of Pepsi, 8 lollipops, 5 sugarsticks, 6 bags of cotton candy, and a bunch of jolly ranchers. I wasn't sure what Liv got but we carried our stuff to the cashier.
The lady smiled weakly at us and said, "That'll be 500 dollars, Ladies."
I shrugged and popped in the car while exchanging glances with Livia. I typed in the code, 6510 and quickly pulled it out. We were about to gather everything and waddle out but the lady replied, "Invalid number, Miss."
I sighed. Then it hit me.
"Excuse me... Jaya?" I frowned as I read her tag. "Do you see that man?" I pointed to Chance. She nodded. "Well, he's my husband so can you..."
"Add this cost up to his gas? For sure." She insisted. She slid our things in a bag and handed it to me. I smiled and both of walked out like we owned the place.
We got into the car and casually sat, eating our snacks as the two men stumbled off inside. It was only a few minutes afterwards when Chance came up, fuming mad.
Uh oh...
He opened his door and got in then slammed it.
"Rosalie. Why in Tarzan's name did you spend 500 dollars on junk?!"
"Um..."
"You don't know how mad I am right now."
"We're sorry!" Livia cried out, "We were just hungry!" She burst into tears and started whining out things I was sure nobody could understand.
I giggled and rubbed her back. "Livy, it's okay."
"No it's not! I can't believe--"
"Shut it Pretty boy! I don't want my babies ending up like you!" I hollered and clutched Kayson and Karson. I wasn't sure which was which but I still loved them.
"Just pass out already and wake up in a few hours." Cade groaned. He was massaging his temples and then sighed.
"Car ride..." I randomly sang under my breath, totally lame Rosie.
I looked at Liv who was asleep again and I decided to join her. I leaned on her thigh and shut my eyes instantly passing out.
Short Chapter!! But I updated. I'll be looking for pictures to show you guys what Cade, Livia, Kai, Jax, Blaine, Samantha and all the crew looks like. So comment below or message me what person I should use for a certain person or person(s)
