Recap: All right so I feel like I have to re-state whet happened in the last chapter because its been so long since I have updated (hides behind computer while tomatoes are thrown for my lack of updating) Hehe sorry life's been crazy lately with finals coming up and I just haven't had time I know same old same old with me! alright anyway so when we last saw Christians and Tessa... Tessa is barely making it through life right now. She's borderline depressed without Christan, and her mom is so concerned she takes Tess' phone and texts him about it behind her back. Meanwhile Christain is pretty much in the same boat and is depressed as well. When he got the text he became even more sad because he thought that by letting Tessa go she'd move on and be happy (uh boy logic they're so silly sometimes) hahaha  anyway Christian than realizes he has to get to class and bumps (literally) into his new neighbor Anna who tries to flirt with him, but doesn't succeed...yet! February 26th (two days after Tessa's mom texted Christian on her phone)

Tessa

As I begin to brush my hair after taking a shower I think over how I acted towards my mom two days ago. I mean I wasn't rude or anything but I still feel bad because I skipped out on time with my mom because I didn't want to talk about my problems with Christian. I'm realizing how selfish that was of me. I mean she was just trying to help and I totally blew her off for a few hours because of it, and right now those few hours are very precious because of her limited time with me. I don't think of as her dying anymore...I can't it hurts too much. No she just has limited time. Sure we had a fun day together after that, and she hasn't mentioned Christian since but still its been eating me io these past few days.

Finally finished with my hair I change into some jeans and a sweatshirt before goon downstairs.

"Hey mom! What do we have planned for the day?" I ask walking into the kitchen seeing my mom eating breakfest.

"Actually sweetie I kind of just want to rest today. I'm not feeling to well. Why don't you call Taylor and Annilese and have brunch with them or go shopping? You could use a break anyways! You practically haven't left my side for two months! Go out with your friends for the day, I insist!"

"Mom are you sure? If you're really not feeling well I could call your doctor and Set up an appointment or I could chill with you here for a day. I really don't mind just sitting with you watching a movie or something?" To be honest I haven't really talked to the girls in a few weeks. They know about my mom and everything but are still mad about me not talking to Christian...especially Taylor. They are also mad that I haven't atleast told him about my mom, and the fact that I live in St.Louis now.

"Yes I'm sure! Go on and call them." she added as she got up and put her dishes in the sink.

Looks like I have no choice. So I sent both of them a quick text saying,

"Hey its Tessa! Just wanted to know if you lovely ladies (I'm sending this to Taylor and Annilese) wanted to go to brunch and then maybe hit the mall? I'm feeling IHOP? Anyway whatever you guys want to do I'm game! Text me back with what you think."

There I thought. I atleast exstened the olive branch to both of them. Quickly I felt my phone vibrate with a response from Annilese:

"Sure I would love too! Let's meet the IHOP by the mall at 10:30?"

I glanced at the clock seeing it was 9:30 giving me plenty of time to get ready.

"Yeah that sounds great! Let me just text that to Taylor and she if she can come."

After sending that I went to go text Taylor the plans when one from Taylor came through.

"Hey Tessa sounds fun and I'd love to go. I will meet you guys at IHOP at 9:30 (Annilese sent that text to me too) alright? See you soon!"
