Lavender and I started to walk away, but we were interrupted by a familiar face
"GOTCHA" Jake shouted after grabbing our shoulders. I yelped, then I blushed, Did he just scare me?
"Ha ha ha very funny"
"sure was! can't believe that made you yelp though"
" Hush child." I said putting my finger to his lips, He laughed along with Lavender. He leaned down a whispered to meet him in the Science lab after Math, we did that once a month. I actually enjoyed these times, just me and Jake. My thoughts were interrupted by groans from a group of students, Lavender, Jake, and I went to check out what was going on
" As you all know, we have to have one boy and one girl share a room due to the number of children," The principle was explaining, "I will need some volunteers." Oh so that's why, its room switching time! Surprisingly I was the only female to raise my hand. Jake and seven other boys volunteered, I suddenly regretted raising my hand. I could be aired with anybody! To my relief Jake was chosen as my roommate. He elbowed me in the ribs, "Im a train when it comes to snoring." He winked and I giggled, when I looked back at Lavender who was giving me a look. Oh no, she-she thinks, SHE THINKS I HAVE A CRUSH ON JAKE! The bad thing is I do. Jake must have seen her too, because he scooched away from me with blush across his cheeks. Shortly after, we met up with the rest of the "squad" as people called it
