Sara
Well.
It has been six hours.
We have ridden every ride.
Twice.
We have bought Mickey Mouse ears.
We have taken pictures with ever mascot.
We have been to every store.
I am so tired.
We're standing on the bridge under the castle, and it's just us. Most of the families had gone home.
"This has been an amazing day." Jessica says, grinning up at the sky, awaiting the firework show.
"Yeah." I agree, turning my head so she wouldn't see me yawn.
I wrap my arms around her waist from the back and set my chin on her shoulder.
"A great first date." She carries on.
"Mhmm." I whisper, closing my eyes and inhaling.
She turns around in my grasp so that she faces me. "Sara." She whispers, tucking my long black hair behind my ear. "Thank you for doing this for me. You're amazing."
I smile back. "I'm not amazing."
Right after I say that, purple fireworks shoot up in the air, then green, then red. Jessica faces me and gets on her tiptoes, wrapping her arms around my neck.
"Pretty damn close." She whispers.
White fireworks go off, making the sky sparkle with what looks like white stars. They slowly begin to fall as the firework is slowly disappearing.
Pushing herself up on the heels of her feet, her lips are met with mine as me slowly kiss under the moon on a secluded bridge in front of a magical castle in a magical place with white stars falling on us over a glistening river.
Yeah.
Pretty perfect.
