Lunch with TR really opened my eyes. I needed to put a label on it with Jess, and I needed to tell my parents, come out to the public, and make sure she's okay with being a lesbian.
We also need to be a couple. We're not a reality show, we don't have to do all of these spectacular dates and all of these cheesy lines to make our relationship, we need to be comfortable enough to not wear our makeup when we're around each other or forget to shave our legs and have it be totally fine.
We need to be us.
I don't want Jess to come home to this conversation.
Or at least I hope it goes well.
