I tossed and turned on my bed bunk. It's been one week since I'm in these cell. One week of hell. One week of pure terror. Hindi pa rin ako makapaniwalang isa akong humanoid, mas iyon ang hindi ko mapaniwalaan kaysa ang balitang patay na si Demetrius. But Eara explained me everything, that I'm really a freaking humanoid. 

Sabi ko sa kaniya na kaya ako parang kakaiba ay dahil sa Alexandria Genesis but she said no. Why? Alexandria Genesis never exist. Humanoids are. How pathetic, right? Humanoids have pale skin, different eye colors but at first it was mostly grays. Humanoids doesn't have any body hair, except on the head and on the eyelashes and eyebrows. Humanoids doesn't menstruate, they will be always fertile.

"You are not eating, again?" Untag sa akin ni Eara na nagpabalikwas sa iniisip ko.

I sighed and shook my head slowly. One week na rin akong hindi kumakain. I don't know, I don't have any appetite. And my clothes hurt my skin, I couldn't stand the weight of the fabrics. And my temperature seemed soaring. Pakiramdam ko ay bumabalik ang sakit ko pero sa pagkakataong ito ay wala na ang mga nightmares pati ang boses na kumakausap sa isipan ko.

I stood up when the two warden came by, naka-itim na uniform sila at may dala silang malalaking baril. Huminto sila sa tapat ng kulungan namin ni Eara. 

"You will be in a trial." Sabi ng isa bago ako tanguan. Nagtatakang tinignan ko siya bago napunta kay Eara ang tingin ko, nanlilisik ang kaniyang mga mata. 

 "Don't, Amethyst." Banta niya. I don't know but the way she said it made the hair at the back of my neck stood. Magtatanong sana ako kung anong meron ngunit nabuksan na ng isang warden ang pintuan sa gilid at nakalapit na sa'kin. He grabbed my arm and pulled me out. 

"Amethyst!" Eara shouted from the inside. 

Hindi na ako nakapagsalita pa habang hinihila ako palayo. Naglakad kami sa hallway, sa magkakabilang tabi ay puno ng kulungan katulad ng sa amin ni Eara. Lots and lots of humanoids are in their. Males. Females. Almost perfect. Some of them are looking at me, expressionless. Some were with pity.

 Lumiko kami at pumasok sa isang malaking archway, another hallway then we went to a steel door. The warden punched a numerical code on the keyboard, the steel door whooshed open. Another hallway, pagkatapos ay tumambad sa akin ang isang kwarto na napapalibutan ng mga salamin, sa unahan ay may bakal na pintuan. One of the warden pushed me in the middle, I stumbled.

"Nasaan ako?" Nahihintakutang tanong ko pero nakaalis na ang dalawang warden.

Then Dr. Flint came into view and stopped in front of me. Nagtungo siya doon sa may pintuan, he punched something and the metal door slide open, revealing a room with a naked, battered female, strapped on a bed and spread-eagle. Ang kwarto na 'yon ay napapalibutan ng mga makakapal na salamin.

 My breath hitched at the sight. 

 "This is our breeding room." 

Pumindot ulit siya sa keypad. The thick mirros  at the other side of that room lifted and I saw barred door and beyond that, a mountain of male humanoids?—I'm not sure, attacking the barred gate, snarling and growling.
