Slowly walking through her forest, Martha touched every tree that was nearby, singing a song.
"Listen to the song. Listen to what I'm saying. Even though they're wrong, they think that they're right. Listen listen, ding dong, their blood will glisten at night," Martha sang.
Plants began to move along with the pitch of her voice, swaying left and right with the wind.
"Search the entire forest for those vermin. If theyre not here, search the water," Martha whispered.
The wind picked up dirt, rocks and tossed them high in the air.
"They're in the lake," a voice whispered.
"Every plant survives from the lake, shoot your roots farther into the ground, feel the water. Find them and I will give you what is yours," Martha said.
"Your word is law, the will of Martha is my command," the whisper said.
The ground began to tremble tremendously as every plant in the forest reached far into the dirt.
"Yes, reach my darling, reach," Martha cheered.
"They are deep into the lake. Approximately 250 feet underwater, near the great chasm," the voice whispered, it was soothing and eerie.
"Mist is leading those rats to his kingdom. Fine if they're going to hide there like cowards. I'll ruin those vermin's world while they live in another," Martha snapped.
"What will you do if they come out of the lake? What will you do if they find out what you've done," the voice asked.
"I'll outsmart them, they'll never see it coming," Martha said.
"You will die," the voice whispered.
"So will their world. Now unleash every poisonous plant's powder in front of me," Martha said.
A dark yellow cloud of powder floated high into the air, seconds later it landed in front of her in a huge pile.
"What will you do," the voice asked again.
"They fight for life, but their city will suffer for their sins," Martha whispered.
"Will we be unharmed," the voice asked.
Martha looked up to the sky, "Yes my darling, we will in fact be filled with power," Martha said.
"I have power," the voice growled, the wind swirled pebbles in the air.
"Not enough to survive what I'm going to do that city," Martha said.
"Is that a challenge," the voice snarled.
"No my darling. I just want you to be safe while i cleanse the city for cutting down your trees, smoking your plants," Martha soothed.
A very low hum filled the forest.
"Your word is law. Do as you wish," the voice whispered.
Martha stretched her arms out, her long fingers spread apart.
"Every blood thats red. Every tear thats fallen. Let every person be dead, but have their hearts as cold as Joseph Stalin," Martha chanted.
The powder of dust rose into the air, then it shot straight down into Martha's throat.
Seconds later the powder was gone, but Martha's blue eyes turned pitch black.
"This power is incredible," Martha laughed.
"What have you done," the voice whispered.
"I've become a god, now join me, your roots spread far into the city. Release my toxin high into the air. Make the weak rise and the strong realize that they're wrong," Martha whispered.
A lower hum sounded off in the forest, the powder rose out of Martha's mouth and high into the air. Hours later the trees let out every piece of poision into Atlanta.
