Chapter 1

Tessa's pov.

"Look at that kid! He is such a square!" My friend zayn laughed pointing to the ever present school goody goody. "Ugh I know! Does he now that normal kids don't dress like grandpas!" I joked and earned laughs from the 2 boys around me, "god Tess, could you imagine ever hanging out with such a loser like him?" I looked at Louis, "did you seriously just try to initiate a dare?" Knowing him, he did. "Yeah I did." I rose my eyebrows at him, daring him to keep going "hang out with the kid, don't try. But if he falls in love with you, you win but have to tell him about the dare. If he doesn't then you get to just leave and never talk to him again." I nodded a smile crossing over my lips "okay I'll do it. How long?" He sat thinking for a second. "Till the end of the year." I smiled evilly and shook his hand, zayn staring at us like we were crazy. "Got something to say Malik?" I teased he always thought mine and Louis dares were hilarious but never took part in them. "No. Nothing more than usual, just that you guys are crazy." I laughed because it was true, we were. I turned back to Louis, he had a dare for me and I had one for him. "So lou, see that beautiful girl Eleanor over there?" If I didn't think me smile could get any eviler, I was wrong. Louis gulped and nodded, stealing a glance at the schools most popular girl. Now zayn, louis, and I were not particularly at the top of the food chain but we were far from the bottom. Louis did not have a chance with Eleanor, and he knew it. "Here's the thing lou, you've got to get her to date you. As in boyfriend/girlfriend. If you succeed you win and don't have to tell her about the dare. If you fail, you brush it off as it was no big deal and tell her she was a dare. Got it? You've got till the end of the year. " we shook hands again and zayn stared

In disbelief. "Your gonna play people?" I stared at him, what is wrong with him? There just dares. "What does it matter? It won't mean anything to them. Calm down zayn" he shook his head and got up from the lunch table walking away. I'll worry about him later, my eyes flickered over to the boy I would make fall in love with me. Liam payne, school goody goody, and my soon to be boyfriend.

---Liam's pov

I flinched as Tess brought her eyes to mine, I was waiting for the time that she would come to me and say 'whatcha looking at weirdo.' But she didn't, she smiled and waved. Uhm what? Did she loose her memory and become nice? Well unless that happened after 2nd period I don't think so. I kept studying her as she looked away, she really was pretty. Even with her artificially died red hair and piecings, I did have a bit of a crush and I couldn't stop it. She was a bully, but a weird one. She was the leader of a group of her and 3 boys. The weird thing being that she wasn't physically bullying, ever. She left the gays/lesbians alone as even defended them. Her targets were nerds, people like me, normals, and the populars. People were scared of her attitude. But she didn't seem that bad to me. Even though she picked on me and my two friends the most. Her sidekicks followed the same rules. I got lost in my thoughts about her till Niall pulled me out "yo li, you keep staring at Tessa like that and she's gonna come yell at us." Niall was very fragile, it hurt him the most when she messed with us. Pouring food on us, calling us worthless. But she never picked on Harry and Niall for their sexuality. She defended them on that, the only reason she picked on them was because of them being friends with me. "Niall, it's okay, she won't hurt you." Harry comforted his boyfriend and I smiled at the two. They had been together ever since 9th grade when Niall moved here from Ireland and became part of our group. "Yeah Niall, Harry's right she won't. She smiled and waved at me. It was weird." The two next to me looked confused and I shrugged eating the rest of my lunch quickly. I turned my head to see Tessa walking towards our table. Oh no, I was wrong.
