I walk out of the front door and squint at the bright light above me. The sun could be a little more considerate of someone who just woke up. I pull my phone out and track Josh's location.

I could track him by his scent doing that weird werewolf thing Satomi taught me, but I'd rather not. It's weird and kind of creepy. Not to mention unnecessary in the age of modern technology. Outdated werewolf practices are kind of her thing.

My shadow follows behind, aching to catch up to my anxiety-ridden body.

As I approach Josh's location, I push my back against a tree to prepare myself. I don't know what I'm walking into here. I don't know what to expect, so I need to be prepared for literally anything.

I peek around a low hanging tree branch and gasp.

My vision blurs as I run out the back door. The cold air tickles my warm skin, as I turn wolf and try to pick up Josh's scent. I suddenly pick up his scent of Ax cologne and the subtle scent of my perfume. I run towards his scent and a howl escapes my lips. A huge bright white full moon glows, super moon. I hide behind a tree and see Josh crawling on his hands and knees, trying to get away. Blood checkers his lips, head, and chest. I peak over the tree and jump over all of the brush and make my way to Josh. He sees me and hangs his head, then his focus regains to Liam.

"She didn't want this! she didn't want you, she didn't want you to get her pregnant. She didn't want to leave me." Liam protests. Liam's fangs and claws expose and he walks closer to Josh. Pregnant? Didn't want to him? I'm the one that broke up with him, not the other way around.

"Just go back to Hayden, Liam. Carrie doesn't love you, she loves me. And I didn't get her pregnant, I don't know where you would hear that from. But, we are engaged, you are too late Liam. She's already said yes." Josh begs. Liam's hand reaches Josh's neck, picking him up off the ground and slowly digging each claw into his neck. I slowly walk towards Liam, growling and snarling at every step. Not even a small amount of horror overcomes him.

Then, of course, Hayden shows up with her little werewolf claws and fangs out. She growls low and charges at me. I stand on my hind legs and of course, stand taller than her somewhat tall 5'7" frame. She raises an eyebrow.

"Very impressive for an omega. Tell me, Carrie- how much is it that you actually love this poor excuse for a wolf?" Hayden praises. I snarl and snap at her neck. She snickers and digs a claw into my back. I see out of the corner of my eyes, Liam holding Josh's neck in one hand and slashing his stomach and chest with his other hand. The super moon made Liam, who is supposedly in control, more revengeful. With each slash, my heartbeat races. I turn werewolf, but no longer in my full wolf form.

"No!" I scream to the top of my lungs, my scream echoes through the woods, causing birds miles from here to fly away. Hayden grabs my shoulder and flips me backwards, to where I run off a tree and slam her to the ground. I growl in her face and bring my claws up in the air.

"Any last words bitch?" I ask.

"Carrie?! Oh damn." I hear Stiles say as he walks towards Liam and Josh.

"Go to hell." She hissed. I bring a claw at her neck and this time, she digs her claws deep into my chest. I choke and breathe heavy.

"Go for her throat!" Allison whispers. I slash her throats and blood goes everywhere. She's still alive, and will probably make it, but she will have a nasty scar. She collects herself and runs off with Liam, back further into the woods. Probably to escape to the Dunbar's.

I collapse to the ground and close my eyes and groan, then feel myself turn back into a human, Blood seeps out of my wound and spills to the grass. I lie on my back and breathe heavy.

"Carrie get up!" Allison yells. I nod and slowly gather the energy to sit up, and then one leg at a time, stand. My vision, still blurred. I look over and see Josh laying on the ground. Stiles puts a hand out to make sure I'm stable enough to walk.

"I'm fine, Stiles." I assure him.

"Well that nasty, bloody, absolutely disgusting wound says otherwise." He remarks.

"Don't make me bite you." I hiss. He glares at me and then shakes his head, still eyeing my wound.

"I'm healing already, see? Now, will you stop worrying about it?" I ask.

"I'm gonna go call Scott and Lydia before I faint." He replies. I shake my head and reply,

"Go do that."

He runs off to call them and I stoop down to Josh. He smiles and puts his hand on my cheek, rubbing my cheek with his thumb.

"You were the best thing that's ever happened to me." He says, I smile through the pain. I look at his wounds and they don't appear to be healing.

"Fight through this, okay? You can make it, don't give up." I reply as his smile fades.

"I love you, I always have. You were always a fighter, I never was." He whispers.

"Josh, please, stay awake." I plead. Allison shows up and places a hand on my shoulder. I gasp and see images of Josh and I, in the future.

"We are finally Mr. and Mrs., I can't believe we did this. Just a few years ago I thought you were dying. And now, we don't have to deal with Liam or Hayden anymore. We can be free." I say to Josh as he hangs up a dreamcatcher in what appears to be a spare room. The room is painted pink, with butterflies and flowers.

I am pulled back to reality quickly. Josh looks at me and lets out a final breath. His eyes slowly close.

"No," I cry and drop to my knees.

"Josh, look at me- please." I whisper. He doesn't say a word.
