The Maslow Relationship(Sequel to Thanks Fox)

Chapter 5

"Cat. Wake up sweetie."

I opened my eyes as I felt a kiss on my forehead. I smiled looking at James. "Morning."

"Morning." He kissed me. "We gotta go in one hour.

"Okay. I'll go take a quick shower."

"Okay. I'm downstairs getting breakfast ready." He pecked my lips and walked out of the room.

I got up, went to the bathroom and took a quick shower to wake up properly. After I took the shower I blowdryed my hair and put my contact linses in. Then aplyed some eyeliner, mascara and did smokey eyes with the colous dark and light brown. I walked to the room, dressed my underwear and went to the wardrobe to pick my clothes. I choosed a white slim-fitted sweater with two foxes on it, my dark vintage Jamie jeans, my black high heels and the parfume Fame from Lady Gaga.(see media) I grabbed my bag and walked downstairs as I was done. I went to the kitchen and James was leaning at the counter looking down at his phone.

"I'm here." I said as I entered the kitchen.

He looked up at me and smiles. "You look amazing."

"Thank you." I smiled back. The good was already on the table. We ate and talked a little. We were the only ones awake 'cause it was like 6:30am. We finished eating washed the dishes and left the house. We drive to the studios. As we arrived we walked out of the car and went to the meeting room. We entered said our hellos and sat down. Our manager Jessica started to talk.

"Cat. As Carlos told you, I hope." She looked at Carlos.

"I told her." He said.

"Okay." She nooded. "You're gonna preform at the KCA's next week." I nodded. "The reason is that Mann can't sing. And that means that you have to sing Music Sounds Better."

"What!?" I asked shocker. "But... Do i have to sing his part?" I can't rap!!!!

"No, I was thinking that Logan ciuld do that part. We have to change a lot of things. From the choreography to the parts that each one of you is gonna sing."

"And we just have one week for all of that?" Kendall asked.

"You all learn choreographys really fast and the singing is something that would be easy to learn." Jessica said and then looked at me. "Are you up to this?"

I looked at her for a few moments without saying anything. "Yes I am. I'm not gonna let everyone down." I smiled.

"Grat!" She smiled. "I have here the lyrics explaining what each one of yiu is gonna sing and if possible you would begin to learn the new choreography this afternoon."

"I'm okay with it." Logan said. We all agreed with that after him.

"Kendall, will you warn Maxi that she has to come this afternoon too?" Jessica said.

"Yes I can." Kendall nooded.

"That's all." Jessica looked at me and noticed that I was nervous. "You're gonna be great. I know that."

"Thank you." I smiled at her.

"No problem." She smiled. "That was everything. You can go now." She stood up. "Bye. Have a nice day. I'll send you a a text message with the details for the rehearsals this afternoon."

"Okay." We all said at the same time. The aaid bye and she went home.

I looked down at the piece of paper in my hand lost in my thoughts.

"It's gonna be okay. WE know that." Carlos said putting his hand on top of mine.

I looked at him first, then at James, Logan and Kendall and at Carlos again. "Thank you."

"Let's go." Kendall said. "I wanna have some more sleep before we have to rehearsal."

"Somebody didn't got to sleep last night." Carlos said in a teasing voice.

"Shut up Pena!" Kendal said and walked out of the room. James, Carlos, Logan and I started to laugh.

We walked to the parking lot, said our goodbyes and headed home.

"We woke up at six in the morning for a meeting that was around 20 minutes long." I complained sitting on the couch.

"Yiu love to complain right?" He teased as he sat down and turned the TV on.

"Shut up!" I hit him slightly on the chest giggling. He chuckled.

"Wanna sleep a bit more? We're still the only ones awake." He looked down at me patting his legs.

"Sounds good." I smiled and laid down with my head on his legs. He started to play with my hair. I hate that people touch my hair but I LOVE when he plays with it. I watched a bit TV and then fell asleep.

James P.O.V.

She fell asleep after a few minutes. I kept playing with her hair while watching TV.

After about 20 minutes I managed to get up without waking her up, picked her up bridal style and took her to our room. I laid her in our bed and vovered her with the covers. As soon as she felt the covers on her she curled into a ball and smiled still sleeping. I grabbed her baby blue sports bag and put a black tanktop in it, her pink sweatpants and a pair of black Vans in it for the rehearsal this afternoon.

I did the same with my bag and then took both bags downstairs and out them in the hallway.

I heard some noise upstairs and noticed that Sandra and Cat's dad were already awake.

I started to make breakfast for them, including Elena and Daniel.

"Good morning." Sandra said.

"Morning Mrs. Salvatore." I said looking at her.

"How many times do I have to say taht you should call me Sandra. I'm not that old." And that's true. She is 32 years old. Not that much older than me. Cat's dad is 43. Yes, they have 11 years difference, that shows that age is really just a number that doesn't really matter.

"I'm sorry. It's a force of habit."

"No problem. Just make sure you call me Sandra next time." She started to take the plates out of the drawers.

"You don't gotta do that. I can do it." i said.

"You're cooking so I'll set the table."

She set the table and we talked while I was cooking and waited for Cat's dad, Elana and Daniel to come down.

"Hi!" Elena and Daniel said as they entered the kitchen and sat down at the table.

"Hello." I said taking the things to the table.

"Where's Cat?" Elena asked.

"She's sleeping. We went out but she fell asleep as we came back." I explained.

"Okay." I smiled taking a bite of her pancake.

"Good morning." Cat's dad said sitting down at the table.

"Good morning Mr. Salvatore." He looked at me without saying a word. It took me some time to understand. "Ob, uhm, Michael. I'm sorry."

He chuckled. "No problem." He smiled. I sat down with them and was talking to Sandra and Michael as Michael asked me something that I wasn't expecting. "What are your plans for the future with Catherine?"

Ohh, I hate when parents say the whole name of someone. "Well, we're just together for two months. I want to marry her someday but it is to soon now. I know she likes to take things slow." I hope I said the right thing.

Sandra and Michael nooded. "I see that you put her feelings and likes first." Michel said.

"Yes I do." I said nodding.

He nodded and then smiled looking at me. As they finnished eating I washed the dishes. They all went out for a walk with Fox. I received a message from Jessica saying we gotta be at the dance studio at 2pm. I sat down on the coucb working on a song. Suddenly I felt two arms around my neck.

Catherine's P.O.V.

"What are you doing?" I asked James putting my arms around his neck.

"Just writting something." He closed the notepad and looked at me smiling. I smiled and kissed him. "We gotta be at the dance studio at 2pm."

"Okay." I sat down next to him.

We watched some TV and when Sandra, my dad, Lena and Dan arrived we talked and I played a little Wii with Lena and Dan.

After lunch James and I went to the dance studio. We were there at 1pm. I wanted to dance a littlr before the rehearsals would beginn.

I started to do some random moves to Belly Dancer from Akon(see media).

James was staring the whole time. As I finished we did some choreographies to some BTR songs.

At 2pm the choreographer, Logan, Kendall and Carlos were already here. Joni came to watch how everithing went and Maxi was here to help me at some moves if I would need help.

We finished rehearsal at 4pm and went home. I started to learn wich parts of the song I had to learn and studied it until dinner. After dinner we watched a movie in family and went early to bed that day 'cause James and I were tired and in the next day we had to rehearsal again.
