Chapter 11

"Cat. What's up babe?" James asked.

"That... That was..." I said looking to the street shocked.

"Who was that?" James asked, concern in his voice.

"That was... my- my mom." I started to hyperventilate.

"Your mom?" James shouted and losed a little the control of the car.

"JAMES!" I sshouted hugging Fox.

"I'm sorry. I just wasn't expecting that to come."

"No problem."I smiled at him still with issues to breathe. My stupid asthma doesn't help when I'm in the littlest panick and I start to hyperventilate right at the moment when the panick begins.

"Calm down babe. Don't hyperventilate. Everything's okay." James put a hand on my leg and started caressing it.

"I'm not so sure. You know the control freak that she is. And that she didn't accept that you're my boyfriend." I looked at Fox. He was looking at me with his head tilted to the right. I chuckled and petted his head.

"I know." He did a little break. "But you're a free girl now." He smiled and winked at me.

I giggled. "Yeah, you're right. And please, keep your eyes on the road." I laughed slightly.

He chuckled. "Okay."

We drove to my dad's house and I told him that I saw my mom.

"You know what's expecting you right?" Sandra asked.

"Unfotunately, yes." I said.

"Everything's gonna be fine." My dada said.

"If you and James say that. Then okay, let's hope it's really gonna be okay."

"Just wait and see. Otherwise, just walk out the door if she's bugging you." Sandra said.

"Good idea. I was actually thinking about that." I laughed.

We talked about the Christmas dinner. We're gonna eat at Sandra's parents on the 24th and James and I are gonna eat at my grandparent's house on the 25th.

We went to visit Sandra's parents.

"Catherine! Oh my god! Look at you, you look amazing!" sandras mom hugged me.

I laughed. "Thank you." I hugged her back.

"Ohh look who's here." Sandras dad said and higged me.

"Hello!" I said and hugged him back.

"And who's this good looking young man?" Sandra's mom asked pointing at James.

"This is James. My boyfriend." I introduced him. "He talks some spanish but I think I'll have to translate a few things." I smlied at her. "James this is Sandra's mom, Cristine and this is Sandra's dad, Jose" James shook Jose's hand and hugged Cristine.

After that we talked. I told them how I met James and how life in LA was. They wanted to know some details about my job and that's when Lena and Dan started to talk. I was able to take them one day to the studios and they spent the whole day there. They were really happy to see what was behind the cameras.

The night went by really fast and 10pm arrived fast. We went home and went to sleep 'cause lena, Dan, James and I were really tired.

*Three days later*

"Are you ready babe?" James asked me comming into My dad's and Sandra's room.

"Yesss IIIII... am." I said as I finnished aplying my 24 hours nude lipglos.
