6. Exploration part 2

Ken POV
This morning was so cute to see, Mark put Jack back to bed and kissed his small head, I was fangirling so much it was just so cute!
But the best part was to see Felix cuddled up to my huge bear body, yeah I have a slight crush on him, he doesn't know it but we went to the same high school.
'Flash back'
I was walking beside my two friends Wade and Bob, they were much taller than me but still were very goofy, Bob was serious when he was needed to be serious (that makes sense right?) and Wade, if you saw him being serious you would get a grand prize, he was always the nut job.
Anyway we were walking down the hall laughing at a joke Wade told us when I saw him, his long/short dirty blonde hair, his sparkling clear blue eyes and an angelic smile on his face, sure he was new but I instantly took a liking to him. Wade and Bob knew who I was staring at and Bob told me this "he's the student, he transferred to America from Sweden and his name is Felix, that's what all the rumours are saying about him."
'End of flashback'
So yeah, I didn't talk to him at all during school, no I did not think I was too cool for him in fact I was scared, I was scared that he wasn't going to like me in any shape or form, but when I saw him 1 month ago I changed, I was desperate to talk to him, I recognised him but he did not recognise me. So that's how my whole love life is going right now.
Jack POV
I woke up in bed for the second time today, this time Mark wasn't in here so o guessed he was up already, walking out I saw Ken, Felix and Mark talking, to be honest I didn't really care what I was doing right now but I changed into human form, went behind Mark and wrapped my arms around his waist. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a blush creeping onto his face, looking forwards I saw that Felix and Ken were smiling in awe at the sight of us, it was only then when I realised what I was doing and quickly made it right, "s-sorry I'm still half asleep, hehe," I quickly spoke stuttering. 'Wait, why am I stuttering? Oh yeah, it's not like I just hugged someone's waist and I hardly know him!' My mind spoke for me but I shrugged it of.
After a little awkward silence Mark spoke up, thank the fucking god. "Alright, any of you want to go out and explore for a bit maybe catch up on some hunting skills?" He questioned, I looked down ashamed, why? Well because I'm a cat, I don't hunt, it'll look odd if I do, but exploring does sound fun. "Sure I'm up for that!" Both Ken and Felix spoke in unison then burst out laughing, Mark chuckled while I giggled a bit before looking up and saw Mark looking down upon me, "Jack? What's your answer?" He asked kindly with his deep demonic yet angelic voice, "well, uhmmm you see I'm kind of a cat and buntings not my thing but, I wouldn't mind exploring while you three hunt!" I replied, happy to have a say in this sort of thing.
Mark POV
I froze at the thought, Jack, a small cat hybrid, out there alone exploring with dozens of other wolves, bears and some men, that could think he's just a normal stray cat lost in the woods looking for a home, the men could take him away! Put him in the pound, or even up for adoption at a pet shop! And yes I do know what a pound is just in case your wondering.
"You cannot go alone in these woods!" I replied looking at him, he just stood there shocked at my sudden outburst and asked "why?" I laughed a little, he should know the sort of danger that's out there, "well for starters your a cat, and cats have some predators, wolves, bears, men who could take you away to the pound, thinking your just some lost stray." I replied, he gave a sigh of defeat. I wasn't finished though, I came up with the conclusion that I should protect him, I love him, even if it's not the wolf way to live a cat, I couldn't help it, he's just so cute, "and that is why I'll go with you, to y'know protect you and stuff," I finished, I heard a slight whisper in my ear, "you go Mark, go for that Irish booty" I blushed but smiled at what the Swedish man had just said.
Jack POV
Wait Mark actually likes me enough to protect me from danger, that's so heroic! And brave! And hot, now I'm not gonna lie to you here, Mark is a stunning hybrid, as a human he's just a godlike person and in wolf form he's: strong, brave, proud but yet soft for the one's he'd protect. And so we went off, the Lynx and the bear going one way and me and the wolf going another, I looked up to Mark and smiled, walking closer to him for safety from what could be out here.
