(Kareshi is a supposed crack character in the blog, similar to Maruka. He happens to be Jyushi's boyfriend.)

Tsuujou Kareshi was an average guy. From his childhood to his teen years, he had always been the average guy. He sat next to the window at class, had a couple of friends and crushes on cute girls who were way out of is league, and had a pretty normal life up until now. As a waiter for one of Akatsuka's many cafés that tried to compete with Sutabaa, he knew he was going to keep up this "generic" life up until he found a girl to marry. But, he was still twenty-three. He had a long life ahead of him, so what was the point in rushing? So here he was now, working as a waiter, with his best friend, Tomo.

Tomo was a dog, by the way.

The energetic dog was loved by his boss, co-workers, and even the customers, so bringing Tomo was the only way to match up with Sutabaa. Today was a normal day, busy as ever, and he had chatted with a few co-workers of his regarding a vacation. Naturally, they teased him about finally getting a girlfriend on a vacation, which he dismissed. As a normal guy, he would't meet his future wife in such a way. Maybe he'd meet her at a party or some sort of high school reunion, but definitely not in the cheesiest way possible.

That was what he thought. Because four days ago, they suddenly had a new customer which would later turn out to be a regular.

He was a young man, probably not a student, but looked younger than Kareshi. He had walked in here days ago with bright and soft-looking clothing, as well as a cane. He looked a bit rich, but maybe it was because of the way he walked, how polite he seemed to be to the other patrons, and how supernaturally clean and spotless his clothes were. Just a simple white polo, a yellow button-up vest, black suspenders, yellow plaid shorts, black and white striped stockings, and yellow boots with pom poms. Wrapped around his neck was a yellow plaid scarf. The sleeves of his polo were pretty long and obscured his hands, but he had such a bright smile and equally bright eyes.

He was rather cute too.

Day by day, that boy kept on coming in the same time. He had grown rather fond of Tomo, and frequently patted the dog whenever he stopped by. Kareshi hadn't served the boy before, but he seemed to order the same thing everyday; a strawberry shortcake, a parfait, a chocolate milkshake, and a bowl of strawberries with cream. Judging by his orders, he loved sweets. It was also surprising to see him order the same amount of food everyday, almost as if he had no issue with money. Maybe he was rich?

Kareshi didn't think much about it until now.

He was just doing his usual thing with serving customers up until he heard someone yell at Tomo for stealing something. Immediately alarmed that his normally friendly dog would do such a thing, Kareshi ran off to find his dog, only to trip and fall into Tomo, which caused him to fall on his butt and drop the tray he was holding. Thankfully, it was empty.

"Tomo!" He whined, rubbing his butt. "Why on earth would you steal something- huh?"

His dog's tail was wagging, and he could see what the dog was holding something in his mouth. A bright yellow fabric. It was a scarf, it seemed. But it wasn't any scarf.

It was the same scarf that belonged to that boy.

"Doggy! Wait! That scarf is mine, Doggy!" A voice called out on the crowd. "My Niichi made it for me! I don't wanna lose it! I'll get you a toy tomorrow, promise! Give me back my scarf please!"

Seconds later, Kareshi was face to face with the same boy who had became a regular after visiting here days ago. Kareshi hadn't seen him up close before, but now that he could, he felt warm in his chest all of a sudden. He hadn't realized how cute the boy was up close. He already knew he was rather cute.. but he looked absolutely adorable up close.

The boy had worn different outfits every time he dropped by, and each of them had a touch of yellow, so today was no different. It was a yellow polo, black button up vest, yellow suspenders, black shorts, mismatched stockings with yellow on the right and black on the left, and mismatched boots as well, with yellow on the left and black on the right. As usual, the sleeves of his polo were long and covered his hands. His outfit was now similar to a bee's, which gave him a rather cute appearance. The black cane with the yellow bow was a nice touch too, giving him a sense of refinement.

Kareshi immediately scrambled to his feet, offering the cute customer his scarf back. "I'm terribly sorry, sir! Tomo isn't usually like this.." How embarrassing. It was a shame to think that this customer might go to Sutabaa after such an incident..

But then the customer giggled, covering his mouth with his sleeve. Cute. "It's fine! Such a playful dog, he's so cute! I wish I had a dog, but I already have ten pets in the house! Heehee!"

"..Ten pets?" He sputtered out in confusion.

"Mhm! Their names are.. Sora, Opiyo, Kapiyo, Topiyo, Jyupiyo, Ipiyo, Chopiyo, Mimatsu, Ginger, and Elizabeth! Six are chickens, one of them is a cow, there's also one snake, an owl, and a cat!" He said happily, as if having six chickens in the house was a normal thing. "Doggy is cute! His name is Tomo? Hi hi, Tomo-kun!" He waved to the dog, who was now circling around him. "So you're Tomo-kun's owner? Nice to meet you!" He giggled, extending a sleeved hand towards Kareshi.

That was when Kareshi came to the conclusion; he had been thinking about this boy for the past few days now.. and of course, Tomo had noticed.

Never in my life did I ever think that a dog would be my wingman.

"S-Same." He stuttered. Realizing that the customer's hand was peeking through his sleeve, he likely shook it. It was soft and rather warm, and he realized there was a ring on his index finger, and his nails were painted yellow. "My name's Tsuujou Kareshi. Call me Kareshi."

"Suuji Jyushi." He smiled brightly. "Call me Sweets if you want!"

The color on Kareshi's face was now so obvious, that he saw his co-workers snicker to themselves and whip out their phones to snap pictures.

Oh my god. Am I gay? Or bi? Whatever, he's cute.
