(Mhizzy is a friend of mine that is referred to as the "aunt" of the Altmatsus.)

They were coming. They were coming, and they needed to think fast. Oso had suggested keeping Sora inside, with a promise to not eat him, as well as the six other chickens. Not even the animals deserved the suffering they were going to go through once "they" arrived. Not only that, but Oso had made sure everyone was inside, all six of the brothers, and all ten of their pets. And all doors were blocked, as well as windows. Just as it should be, Oso thought with a click of his tongue. If those demons couldn't get in here, that'd be good news for all of them.

But then, the door started thumping. Hard, as if those few thumps were capable of breaking the door down. "Fuck!" He heard Todo curse from the kitchen. Todo had come out with utensils on the pockets of his heavy leather jacket, sweat dripping on his forehead. Oso couldn't blame him; the demons were here, and they had no chance of escaping alive. They had been too late when they found out that the demons were coming. It was only natural that each and every single one of them would be terrified. "They're here!"

"That means one thing." Ichi said, whipping his katana out. Choro was beside him, wearing his outfit as "The Akatsuka Nightingale", which consisted of a black suit, a black cape, a white colombina mask covering his face, and his rapier. The second and third eldest brothers had their swords out, ready to stab someone. Ichi even had to remove his glasses, knowing that he'll drop it at the fight anyway. He had no idea why Choro decided to wear his suit though. "Kara! You and Jyushi hide in the bathroom upstairs! We'll hold them off for the time being!"

"As if!" Kara had exited the kitchen as well, his blue hoodie tied around his waist. "There's no way we're leaving you guys behind!"

"Nii-san.." Jyushi whimpered, his arms squeezing Kiiro-kun, not addressing which brother he was talking to. He was looking down at his sock-clad feet. He had just woken up, so he was still wearing his usual nightdress and mismatched stockings, and so early in the morning, the brothers were already stressed and screaming at one another. He was stressed too, because waking up to irritated and panicked brothers wasn't good for the soul. He didn't want everyone to get so stressed at such a time.

"We have no choice!" Choro retorted, desperation in his voice. Not even the painfulness was there anymore; just pure desperation and fear. "We will try our utmost best to hold them back!"

"They're here, what can we do?!" Ichi suddenly snapped. It was getting to him, they knew; the stress.

Jyushi stumbled towards Ichi and hugged his side, dropping Kiiro-kun in the process as he started trembling in fear. "Niichi, stop that.." He whimpered. "Fighting isn't gonna solve anything, Niichi.. so please.. let's not fight.." His voice was getting softer, but he still continued to speak. "You said it yourself.. right? They're here.. there's nothing we can do.."

Ichi's eyes softened, and even as the thumping grew louder, he dropped his katana as he hugged Jyushi to comfort him. Oso's frown deepened at seeing Ichi give up easily, but Oso was more pissed off at himself for not saving up the rest of his energy so he could at least teleport everyone to a safer place, outside of the house. He couldn't do much for now, so out of instinct, he just nudged Choro's side. Jyushi was right. There was no point in fighting anymore. It was best to accept their fate. "..We're all here.. so.."

Choro instantly understood what that statement meant. He held Oso's hand and sighed, dropping his rapier and using that same hand to remove the mask from his eyes, which were now filled with nervousness. Still, he found it in himself to chuckle bitterly. "..Oso is right." He said. "We are all together. There's nothing to worry about."

Todo looked at his four housemates. "But-!"

He felt Kara grab his wrist, and when Todo turned to look at him, he was smiling, albeit sadly. "Todo, it is alright." He squeezed Todo's wrist tighter. "We.. had a lot of fun together, right? In these past few months we've stayed together.. we had fun."

Ah. That's right.

Todo wasn't one to give up easily, but seeing as the door was literally a few thumps away from snapping in half.. he looked down. "..Fine."

"Well." Kara looked at his other brothers, before reaching out to Jyushi's sleeve-clad hand. Jyushi was on his right, while Todo was on Kara's left. "It was fun while it lasted, right? I mean.. I didn't think I was this useful before."

Jyushi nodded, one hand holding Kara's, and the other holding Ichi's. "Very fun! I even met Kare-Kare, and finished that song Ichi-niisan taught me about! And.. I learned a lot of new things!"

Ichi snorted, one hand holding Choro's. His eyes were looking fondly at his peppy younger brother, despite mentioning someone Ichi hated so much. "Flag Corporation has been doing well. Less media bothering us too. So yeah. Everything's doing great."

Choro's grip on Oso's tightened, with a smile on his face. He was usually so peppy, so this didn't bother anyone one bit. "I am very happy to have known what it feels like to have fun! I never would have learned if not for all of you! I truly am thankful!"

Oso held onto Todo's hand, so now, they were all in a circle. Mimatsu was on Oso's head, as usual, and Oso still maintained his stoic expression, as he always did. "..I always.. wanted brothers.." He looked at them, analyzing their expressions. "I am thankful.. to have met.. you all.."

And finally, it was Todo's turn. The thumping was getting louder and louder, and it was scaring him. Taking a deep breath, he took a good long look at each of his brothers. So, this was how they were going to die? Well.. he hoped for a quick and painless death. "Even if it was short.. I didn't really expect.. to have a family that would accept me. I don't really know why you guys dealt with me for so long, I'm a piece of shit."

"..We all are." Oso snorted.

"Except Kara and Jyushi." Ichi said sternly.

"Should I be flattered?" Kara asked worriedly.

"Hm.. probably?" Choro giggled.

"Thank you for the compliment, then!" Jyushi chirped.

The door then snapped in half, and two robed figures walked in. The six brothers were in the middle of the room, still holding hands, and when the figures saw them, they stopped in their tracks.

"..Are you guys always this dramatic whenever we visit?" A voice deadpanned.

Ichi glared at the two people in the doorway. "It's not our fault you two make us suffer too much! You dare call yourselves our 'mom' and 'auntie'?!"

"True. We're kinda evil." Another voice added, chiming in the conversation. "But you guys are such drama queens."

"I'm a queen?" Jyushi wondered.

Kara sighed, letting go of the hands he was holding. "Well.. since you two are here, might as well make something."
