゜Chaebyul is probably one of the most creepiest people you will ever meet. She takes joy in stalking and spying people. The way she talks is also quite strange, as it is not loud, but it isn't very quite either.
Unintentionally, she can sometimes seem like a statue, and doesn't like to be in positions where she must talk a lot.
