I'm actually quite goth in real life!
Or so that's how people describe me, I used to get really mad when I was in middle school and people would come up to me asking if I was emo, goth, or a "rocker". It was always super annoying and I hated labels especially during middleschool.
Though now I gotta admit my style not only has gotten way better but also it's gotten very heavy. So yeah I would describe it as gothic.
I wear all black and you can catch me listening to some classic rock n roll
That's not the only thing I listen to but one glance at me you'd think that's I'll I'm into.
It is a huge part of who I am
Up until the 7th grade I only ever listened to classic rock like led Zeppelin, the doors, the zombies, and other great musicians
In fact all my t shirts are band tees
Anyways I was introduced to old school hip hop and rap in 7th grade but not wanting to always "copy" my friends I didn't say much about it
To my middle school friends it was always a contest of who liked it first or
"Name five songs" it was really annoying because it made me feel like I didn't really like the stuff I did
Even if they were impacting who I was as a person I wasn't allowed to say it.
I guess I do owe them for introducing it to me but no I never copied them and I never only liked something because they did.
Back to my style, I wear all black, I wear and love my platform creepers, i wear chokers and my makeup is really heavy and dark.
I try to switch it up every now and then but this is what I'm most comfortable in.
Don't get me wrong I'd also describe myself in many other ways
But I'll leave it to for another night
