I walk into the penthouse to be tackled in a hug by Wade,
"Hey Beasty! how was school? did you make any new friends? *gasp* did anyone pick on you, just tell me their names and I'll kill them with-"
"WOW WOW WOW slow down there Wade, your're not killing anyone, actually school was good I made two new friends" he smiles and spins me around
"Yayyy! what are their names? are they boys or girsl?if they're boys are they hot unless you swing both ways are they still hot?" he's asking WAYY to many questions! I chuckle
"Their names are Patrice and Megan and they're girls" he smiles
"When can I meet them?" he asks excitedly, my eyes widen
"Never, I don't want them to know I'm an Avenger" he frowns
"Why?"
"I'm afraid they'll treat me differently or even stop being my friends" I say frowning and looking down,
"(Y/n) if they're true friends then they'll stick by you, but if they don't fuck 'em you got me and Petey" I smile
"Yeah I guess your're right" he smiles proudly
"Well I gotta go and do my homework I'll talk to you later Wade"
"Ok" I walk into my room and throw my bag on my bed, I open it and take out my maths homework and begin.
Patrice's POV
"So, you know (y/n)?" Logan asks, I look at him confused
"Yeah and how do ya know her?" he smirks
"We're old friends" I nod my head
"Does she know your're a mutant?" I ask he nods
"She is one as well" my eyes go wide
"Really? what's her mutation?" Megan asks
"She can change into any animal she wants"
"Cool" I say "Better than having metal claws that's for sure" I say messing with him, he growls
"Watch it bub, your mutation ain't so different from mine" I smirk
"I have the healing factor that's the only thing we have in common" he chuckles
"You wish you were as cool as me" I glare at him
"Don't make me flip this car Logan" he smirks and we pull up in front of the mansion, 'Patrice I need to speak with you' I hear my Granddads voice in my head and I walk to his study,
"Patrice where ya goin?" Megan asks me
"The professor wants to speak with me" she nods her head and turns invisible so she can avoid that annoying boy who is desperately in love with her, I walk into his study
"You wanted to speak with me?" he turns his wheel chair around and smiles at me
"Hello my dear, how was school?"
"Same as always, boring except their was a new girl today and Logan said she was a mutant" he nods his head
"Yes (y/n) she is a very close friend of ours, did you treat her nicely" he says warning me, 'cause he knows how Megan and I like to mess with people sometimes with our powers, I nod my head
"Yes I was, she seems like a nice girl I think we may become good friends" he smiles
"Well that sounds great, she moved here from California to train with the Avengers and now she has become one of them" my eyes widen
