As I walked back to the lab, I couldn't stop thinking about what happened in the kitchen. It was most concerning. I hoped that didn't happen in front of any more people, but I couldn't be sure since I can't control it. When I arrived in the lab, I saw Amy, now flirting with Lyric. Crazy, since they have only known each other for about a day. Natasha, Steve, Wanda, and some other person I didn't meet yet, were in the lab too. Natasha then came up to me with the stranger, saying: "This is Bruce. He is the one who will be testing you." I nodded and said hello.

"When do we start testing? You did say we would be starting today." I said.

"We'll be starting in an hour." Bruce said. I looked at him oddly.

"Are you the one that can transform into a huge green abomination?"

Natasha gasped and said "Y/N!!'" But Bruce chuckled and said if that's what I  would call it.
Natasha ran her hands through her hair, and said: "June why don't you go prepare yourself for the testing." I shrugged said ok and went back to my room. I didn't know what to prepare for. I sighed and hummed a tune that had been stuck in my head the day before. I was surprised at how fast we had gotten used to the ways here. It was only our second day. I had gotten over my shock of being exposed to the outside world. Like I said, I had only been outside two times in my life when I was living at the orphanage.

I was on my new phone.(Tony Stark got it for me), when I heard a knock on my door. I walked over and opened the door. Lyric was standing there again. "I'm supposed to bring you down for your testing." I nodded. I grabbed my sweater and walked beside him.

"Why is it always you who walks me down to things?" I asked.

"Mom and Dad, and everyone else is always so busy, and they don't exactly have the time, so it's gonna be me." I said oh and we walked in silence.

When we reached the lab, Bruce was there with Amy. He said we were going to another room for testing. I nodded and sneaked a glance at Amy. She was pale, and she looked tired. Her makeup was smeared, and her hair was tangly looking. We walked out of the lab and down a series of hallways until we reached a gold set of doors. We all went in, and Natasha, Steve, and a bunch of other people were up in the balcony, where they  watched through glass windows. Bruce told us to sit in chairs, and wait until it was our turn. Amy went first. She went up and sat in a chair in the middle of the room. The chair had handcuffs, and things to go on the persons head. I could tell she was nervous by the way she walked, and didn't talk as much. Bruce went and talked to her quietly,so I couldn't hear what they were saying. I have a feeling that he was trying to calm her down while telling her what would happen, or what to be prepared for. She nodded a couple times, and looked as scared as ever. I was starting to slightly get freaked. I wasn't showing it though, I'm good at doing that. Bruce started hooking her up to the wires, and handcuffing her. I was right about the wires hooking to her head. Bruce then stood up, and walked back to where his station was, in front of the chair, but far back. Amy took a couple of deep breaths, but I could tell she was still panicking. I looked up at the people in the balcony. Natasha was whispering something in Steve's ear. Wanda was sitting in a chair with her head leaned up against her arm. She seemed to be watching the testing very intently. She was sitting with the woman with the very tight bun. Tony Stark and Pepper Potts were in an armchair together in the far side of the room. None of them looked happy to be there. I was happy to see that Lyric was no where in sight. That kid annoyed me. I sighed and looked at Amy again. Bruce then turned the lights down low, and the testing started.

Once the lights turned down, the chair lit up. I would be a really nice chair to sit on at night, except for all the wires and the handcuffs. Amy gave Bruce a startled look and then, she was forced back in the chair by some force, and she closed her eyes. I looked a little like she was sleeping, and not getting tested on. She stayed like this for about a minute, and then she woke up screaming. I jumped, surprised. Bruce powered down the chair and helped a crying and screaming Amy out of the chair. He handed her to a woman in a lab coat who took her out of the room. Then it was my turn.

Amy is a lot weaker than me, and therefore can get scared easily than I, but still I was afraid to know what she was screaming about. I stood up and walked to the chair. I caught a glimpse of myself in the glass from the windows, and was glad to see that I didn't look the least bit worried. I sat in the chair an waited for Bruce to come and hook me up. I played with my fingers while I waited for him to come. Finally he came to my aid. He put the handcuffs on me and hooked the wires up to my head. I was beginning to really panic. I took a few deep breaths and that calmed me down a little bit. Bruce said that I would see some things that might scare me a bit, and not to worry because it's just a vision sort of thing. I nodded and said ok. I clenched my teeth and bit my lip. I sighed and then Bruce got up and walked back to his station. He then nodded at me and turned the light down low.
