Chapter 3- Till The Day I Die
Shane's POV
Corny and I were cuddling on the couch watching tv. It was peaceful and quiet.
This felt so nice compared to Lisa.
Speak of devil, the front door slams open. Corny hops off my lap and runs to her normal hiding spot. Usually in a pile of clothes under the bed.
Lisa: I'm done with your bullshit Shane!
I get up and walk over to her. I place a hand on her shoulder. She pushes it off and slaps me. I wince and she slams the door shut.
Lisa: I've had enough of this gay shit!
She walks towards me. I keep backing up until my back hits the wall with a thud. She has her hand on my chest keeping me pinned to the wall.
Shane: Lisa. I'm not gay. I love yo-
She slapped me before I could finish. Her eyes were filled with fury.
Lisa: Don't you f*cking dare lie to me! Tell me the truth!
Shane: I swear I'm not gay! It was just a joke!
Lisa: Propose to me! Get down on one knee and ask me to marry you!
Shane: Now?
She shoves me to my knees. I don't have a ring or anything but I guess I'll just ask her.
Shane: Well... Lisa, will you marry me?
Her eyes light up. She smiles and hugs me lightly. Then she kisses me.
Lisa: Oh Shane! I love you!
Shane: Yeah. I love you too.
No I don't. I'm gay and in love with Joey Graceffa. But he doesn't like me. And there's no way I can escape Lisa.
This is the rest off my life. I can't help it. I break down in tears. Lisa hugs me.
Lisa: What's wrong babe?
Shane: I don't love you! I'm gay! I love Joey!
I let all of it slip from my mouth. Lisa tenses and releases me. Her eyes full of disgust and hatred.
Lisa: I'll beat the gay out of you.
Shane: No! You can't! I'll love Joey until the day I die!
Lisa: Well then... You won't love Joey for long.
Joey's POV
Sawyer: Joey!
Sawyer sounded panicked. I ran downstairs as fast as I could. He was crying a little bit.
Joey: What's wrong?! What happened?!
Sawyer: Shane is in the hospital. Lisa tried to kill him.
I knew I should've done something! Now Shane is dying! I don't care that's its night time. I run out to my car. Sawyer gets in with me. We drive down to the hospital.
I'm praying that he will be ok. He has to be.
