Chapter 14

Maddie's POV

I woke up to someone repeatedly knocking on my door. I took my hair out of the messy bun I slept in and put on my glasses. I walked over to the door and I was not expecting to see the person who was on the other side.

Bucky's POV

I knocked on the door and a few minutes later she opened the door. I took in her beauty and studied her features. Noticing that she now has ombré blue hair, not just her natural dirty blonde locks. And the fact that she now has blue, thick rimmed glasses. I didn't even know that she had glasses. But she looked gorgeous anyway. And I loved her with the blue hair and glasses. "Hi Maddie. I know-" I started.

Maddie's POV

Before he finished I slammed the door in his face and slide down to the floor. I felt the memories come back along with the feelings. The tears came pouring down my face and it felt like they would never stop. "Maddie please. Let me in and let me explain." I heard him say through the door. "Bucky please. I don't want to hear it. I was just getting over you." I said back through my tears. "Maddie, I'm sorry I didn't mean for it to happen. I just- I don't know. Ok but please let me in to explain." Bucky said and I heard his voice crack. "Bucky, I left the people I call my family because you didn't want to be my partner." I said and felt my own voice crack. "Maddie, I'm sorry but please I-" He started. "No Bucky. You don't get to keep doing this. I don't want to speak to you and I don't want to see you. I want to go back but I don't want to at the same time. So please let me do what I want." I sow and got stayed on the floor because the tears just didn't stop.

I woke up still on the floor where I was last night when Bucky came. Even thinking about him made me want to cry but I needed to be stronger than that. I got up and went through to my art room, I read my latest request and was about to start when I saw I had no red or black paint. I went through to my bathroom and put on some makeup to cover my tear stained cheeks.

I put on my shoes and then got my handbag. I unlocked the door and stepped out. I locked the door and saw that a figure was sat against the door. "Bucky, what are you still doing here I told you to leave?" I said and he woke up. "Maddie. Please let me explain what happened and why I did it. I flew all the way from America to get you to come with me, so I'm not leaving without you." He stated simply.
