Where have you been?

Jinx's POV

I finally stopped at my house when I knew they weren't behind me anymore, and I went straight up to the roof to stargaze.

After about a couple hours I decided to go back to the party; I wanted more drinks, but this time I brought a little more than my fists. I always have a hand gun in my car, but I went into my house and got a bat just in case I only need to knock someone out, and not kill them. I arrived back at the party and just like when I first arrived everyone made a path. I went back to the bar and got 10 shots of vodka.

When I finished my last shot the bartender already knew that I wanted more. So he gave me 5 more.

"Wow sweetheart. Slow down there you might need me to drive you home if you keep going." A guy whispered in my ear. I turned around and death glared Ace again. This guy might be sexy as fuck, but he is annoying as hell.

Ace sat next to me.

"You don't really talk much do you?" He asked.

"No. No she doesn't. She doesn't want to waste her breath on anyone besides her twin brother." Hunter. I turned towards him. I glared at the guys now surrounding me. I finished off my last 3 shots, and walked to the DJ station. The DJ looked at me, and I grabbed his neck and kissed him. His eyes practically popped out of his head. I then pointed to a song for him to play.

Hunters favourite song. He can't help but always dance to it. It's my escape plan. Soon the DJ put on 2 Phones by Kevin Gates. Hunter always loved the beat to the song and has to dance to it.

"Bye Jinx. See you tomorrow." The DJ called out. I nodded and ran out of the building to my car.

I drove home and decided I'd go for a swim. I saw my brother for the first time and I just left him. Yes I miss him and care about him, but his protection is my main priority. I take off my clothes and hop in the lake. I started seeing a figure come out of no where.

"So you're Hunter's mysterious sister he never mentioned?" The figure asked moving closer to where I saw his face. Ace. I nodded my head while still glaring at him. I turned back around to walk further into the lake.

I heard the sound of someone walking into the water and I looked behind me to see Ace joining me in the water.

"I have known him for 18 years. How come I've never seen or heard about his twin sister?" He questioned looking at me seriously. I just glared punch him in the face.

"Ow! Why do you keep doing that?!?!?!?.... Oh yeah you don't talk. I keep forgetting." He looked down while holding his face.

I sighed.

"Before you guys met I made Hunter promise me to keep me a secret from all of his friends. I don't like people, and him telling people about me would cause them to talk to me so I kept hidden." I stated looking at the stars not facing Ace.

"I've stayed at his house countless times. How come I never saw you?" He questioned.

"Like I said I stayed hidden. Hunter warned me when you or anyone else was coming over. So anytime someone came over I ran over to this cabin that I now live in." I said. He turned me to him.

"Okay, but why do you keep hitting me?" He asked looking straight into my eyes.

"I hate you." I said bluntly. He put a hand to his chest. Feigning hurt.

"Ouch we just met. Why do you already hate me?" He asked. I looked him up and down.

"Because you are very cocky, and I can already tell by looking at you that you have a one night stand with a new girl every week. That I don't give a shit about. You are the leader of the most feared gang; that my brother is in. That is the reason I hate you." I said bluntly.

"You know your shit I'll give you that, but I promise your brother is safe. He actually is the safest person in the gang." He said.

I looked back at the stars.

"I do my best." I said.

"So you keep him safe even though you disappeared 4 years ago?" He asked. I nodded my head then I swam back to shore. I walked back to the cabin.

"Look I know how much you love Hunter, and he loves you just as much. I hope you know I'm not leaving till you go back to him.

"Then sleep on the couch; I'm going to bed." I said and walked off to my room.

I got in my bed and turned off the lights. I started closing my eyes when I felt the bed dip. You've got to be kidding me. Soon arms were around my waist. I punched Ace in the balls.

"Ow!! That was not necessary." He screamed in pain.

"Why. Are. You. In. My. Bed." I growled at him.

"I got lonely." He cooed. Ugh.

"I'm not like those dumb bimbos. I don't do one night stands. I don't do intimacy. So if you even think about fucking me while you are here think again jackass." I growled looking at him now. He just smiled and pulled me closer to him. I tensed.

He is very warm and comforting. I feel some what safe in his arms. I relaxed a little bit.

"I saw you kiss that DJ." He mumbled sounding a little pissed. Oh god if this dumb ass likes me there is going to be trouble.

"I do anything for an escape route." I said bluntly looking up at him. He looked down at me and kissed me. I tensed up again.

"From now on only I get to kiss you." He said.

"Who said I'm gonna kiss you?" I said.

He smirked at me.

"You are talking to me, and that's a sign you have some attraction towards me if you have never spoken to anyone besides your brother. Plus you haven't tried getting out of my grasp." He said.

"I only love Hunter. I hate everyone else. Especially you." I growled. He just laughed and kissed my forehead. We both fell asleep soon after.

I know I say I hate him, but I will say he is pretty god damn hot, and I will be honest I sort of feel protective over him suddenly.
