Zoo day

Ace's POV

Jinx is actually making me go insane. When she starts showing feelings towards me I can't help but to feel only joy. I need to stop. She is slowly making me lose my mind.

I refuse to go soft.

After the shower Jinx got in bed while I walked downstairs to my office to have a meeting.

"Hunter get everyone in here pronto." I said and sat down.

Soon enough all the guys were in here.

"Okay so the next drop is Wednesday. I got Antonio to research the gang first and we found out they are brand new. So they are no threat, but bring weapons to be safe." I said as the guys nodded.

"What's up with Jinx?" Lars asked. I looked at him and glared.

"We don't talk about her without her around anymore. She won't hesitate to kill all of you except Hunter." I growled and they all nodded.

"You guys do however have to prove yourselves to her so she doesn't kill you for whatever." Hunter said and I nodded.

"He's right. To her you guys are just obstacles. You are released." I said and the guys all left. I put my head in my hands and rubbed my eyes.

"She loves you. Maybe she doesn't want to admit it yet, but I know her well enough to see how she looks at you differently than anyone from the start. I know you love her too, and I'm fine with that. But if you make the wrong move you'll be in a world of pain." Hunter said taking me out of my thought.

I looked up and nodded. He smiled. Then he left and I went up to my room.

I walked to the dresser and made sure the small velvet box I got a while ago is still there. Lucky me it is.

"What are you doing?" Jinx asked sleepily. I smiled and turned around.

"Don't worry about it." I smiled taking my clothes off till I'm left in my boxers.

"I never worry." She said as I climbed in bed next to her.

"I know." I said and pulled her close. She snuggled up next to me and started tracing my chest tattoo. I smiled at that. It was cute.

"You're too cute babygirl." I smiled and she rolled her eyes. Then she did something not even the smartest person in the world would expect. She kissed me.

I swear to you anytime we kiss I feel fireworks. We pulled away after a while panting. She laid her head back down on my chest and began tracing my tattoos again.

"Jinx?" I asked.

"Yeah?" She asked quietly.

"Tomorrow I get you all to myself all day." I said. She nodded and we both feel to sleep.

Hunter's POV

Last night Ace told us we couldn't be at the house all day tomorrow because he planned a surprise for Jinx. I don't know what it is yet, and that frustrates me. So the guys and I had to find a place to stay all day.

We decided on the zoo. Perfect day for seeing the animals so don't judge. You know you would too.

"If he doesn't ask Jinx out soon I'm going to go insane mate." Harrison laughed. We all joined in on laughing.

We were in the car heading towards a diner to get breakfast before the zoo opens. We had been talking about what was going to happen for the whole ride.

We went in and ordered then continued our conversation.

"Hunter how are you feeling about Jinx and Ace?" Lars asked. I just laughed.

"Honestly I'm happy for her, and I hope she acts upon her feelings with Ace soon. Ace is the only person that has been able to change her for the better. He's the first person she had talked to in 4 years. He's the first person she has ever been okay showing intimacy with. Not even dad or myself could do that. All I have ever wanted for her was happiness, and I can tell he makes her happy even if she doesn't show it. A twin knows." I said.

"I agree with Hunter." Harrison, Jed, and Blaze said in unison. We all laughed and finished our food and started heading towards the zoo.

When we got there we paid and started planning the day and where we are going first.

"I saw we see the sloths first." Blaze said. It's really weird; ever since Jinx moved in he's been acting differently. Like recently he started talking more and it's not normal. I'll worry about that later though.

"Hell yeah! Then we go to the pandas." I cheered, and we all laughed obviously except Blaze. His not showing emotion hasn't changed yet.

It was lunch time and we stopped at a restaurant in the zoo. Not the best food to be honest, but you get what you get. It's food so I'll eat it no matter what. I'm just gonna shit it out later anyway.

"Okay so we need to get a hotel room soon since we can't come back till tomorrow." I said finishing my food. Everyone nodded.

"We'll leave at around 6 p.m. and check into a hotel. Then swim for a while." I said, and they cheered.

We all finished our food and spent the next 3 hours at the zoo going on the rides and playing games.

When it was 6 p.m. we headed towards the hotel. It was a 5 star hotel with a big pool and hot tub. The hot tub sold it for us. Since there were 5 of us we had to choose this place either way. Only because the rooms had rooms; it was like a mini apartment.

So one room was enough to put 2 to a room and I got the loft all to myself. I won rock paper scissors so I was the lucky duck of the night.

"Okay I'll check in for us you guys just start grabbing your bags." I said as I walked in.

I sure hope everything at home goes okay.

Hey guys I am so sorry I've been inactive. I have been busy with holiday's, my schooling, and hanging out with friends. This whole week I have testing so I highly doubt I'll update anymore this week due to testing. That's why I'm posting this chapter now.
