Jed's POV
So when Hunter and Jinx came home all of us just kinda stayed quiet knowing where they went.
"She seemed to act a little weirder before we left holding more than one note. I think taking her there was something she needed for closure." Hunter said. We all nodded.
"We'll give her some time to cope then someone should talk to her." I said.
"I vote Blaze since they are like the same person. They relate better than anyone else here, so he'd be able to relate to her more than us." Kade said.
Hunter looked at me like I was insane.
"She won't talk. Not even Blaze will get jack shit out of her. So good luck." He said. Blaze just looked around. He looked down and sighed.
"I'll talk to her." He sighed.
Blaze's POV
After a little bit I walked up to Jinx and Ace's room to talk to her. I knocked on the door and she opened the door with her famous glare. I just stared. I never noticed how beautiful Jinx was because I've been keeping my head down and not talking to her.
I studied every bit of her. Then looked back into her gorgeous eyes. Oh my god what am I saying?!? Ace would kill me if I was talking this way about his girl.
"Are you doing okay Jinx?" I asked. She nodded showing no feelings.
"Did it give you closure to read his note and go to the house?" I asked. She shrugged.
I looked at her and what I did next would shock the entire world. I pulled into an embrace to comfort her. I don't hug or do anything intimate or anything to show love. This is weird. She is the same way because she didn't hug back. I don't blame her hugging is weird, but something just told me to pull her close.
I let her go.
"I'm sorry. I don't normally do that." I said now showing no emotion. She just shrugged getting up. I got the message and left. "Looks like you are crushing on Jinx" Lars laughed. I looked at him and shook my head.
"You know I don't do crushes. It's a waste of time." I said with no emotion showing. He just looked at me smirking.
"I won't say anything." He whispered. I just rolled my eyes and walked to the kitchen. Even if I did want to have feelings for Jinx I couldn't. Ace has already made it clear he will make her his girl.
Jinx's POV
I took out another one of dad's notes he left for me.
'Pickles,
At some point you'll read this note and remember this day. The day you won your first fight. I am so proud of you. I've always been proud of you, but seeing you look so victorious tonight made me happy.
I hope you stay a fighter honey. I know you hate me being in a gang, but I can speak for the whole gang when I say this. The gang is so proud of you for winning the fight, but obviously not as much as me.
I love you so much love.
Dad'
I looked down at the note and remembered my first fight. I sighed; I haven't been fighting for the longest time. I stopped after dad died.
I got up and walked downstairs. It was about 10 p.m. and I wanted to visit 'the Underground'. It's been 4 years since being in the ring, and I miss fighting for money.
I got to the front door and started walking towards my car holding a bag filled with wraps, sports bra, and shorts for a fight.
"You're going to the Underground to fight aren't you?" He sighed. I turned around as Hunter looked at me with pleading eyes. I looked at him blankly and nodded then walked to my car and drove off.
I know he hates me fighting, but I miss it right now. I arrived at 'the Underground' and signed in for a fight against the champion for my championship back. I don't know who took it after I left; I just know how they arranged the championship fight. Anyone who wanted the championship had to get in the ring with everyone else that wanted the championship, and the last person standing got it.
I looked around to see what all has changed. Just like I left it. I thought.
"OKAY GUYS GET READY FOR A CHAMPIONSHIP FIGHT!!!" The announcer yelled through the microphone. I started walking to the ring.
"THE CHAMP BLADE AGAINST THE OLD CHAMP JINX!!!!" He roared as the crowd cheered my name. I made my way up to the ring.
"I see you're back Jinx. I hope you know that I plan on breaking you." He smirked. I rolled my eyes.
*RING*
We both got into fighting stances as he instantly tried swinging at me as I dodged. I circled him then quickly and swiftly tripped him bringing him to the ground. I quickly picked him up then slammed him back down on the mat. I heard some very satisfying cracks.
"You aren't going to win Jinx." He spat. Then he pulled my hood off to see that I was a girl and not a dude. His jaw dropped as I rolled my eyes. The whole crowd gasped, but the fight continued. He started getting up and I went into my final move position making him black out.
"AND THE WINNER IS JINX!!!!" The announcer roared. I walked out of the ring and went to the locker room to change.
Once I was done I walked back out only to be faced with an angry Ace.
"You're a fighter?" He asked obviously pissed off. I rolled my eyes and grabbed his throat.
"Don't be pissed if you fight too." I growled letting go of his throat and walking away.
"What do you mean?" He asked. I scoffed.
"If you weren't a fighter you wouldn't know this place." I said. He sighed looking at me sadly.
"Okay fine, but before you left you were my worst enemy in the ring. You took my title. How did I not notice?" He asked.
"I know how to change my looks." I said. He just looked at me and nodded walking with me back to my car.
"See you back at home Jinx." He said walking to his car.
I drove home with one thing on my mind; Fighting.
