VINCENT HAD HIS HEAD against the door and he was banging it against it at timed intervals.

"Kendall just open the door," he begged.

"I'll talk to her," I told him and ushered him out of the way. "Ken, it's me."

She opened the door, yanked me in and locked it before she could even get a glimpse at my brother. Immediately, I could tell that she'd been crying.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"Everything," she muttered and pointed to the bed. I looked at it and there was a pregnancy test sitting there. I took a step closer and I could see two lines.

"Oh my god," I breathed. "This is the literal opposite of a problem Ken. He's going to be so excited."

"No," she scoffed. "I asked him what he would do if I was pregnant and do you know what he said to me?"

"Oh no," I muttered.

"His exact words were, 'kids ruin everything'. Kids ruin everything! He's right! They do ruin everything!" She cried. "He is going to hate this kid because it's going to ruin everything."

"He wouldn't," I tried. "Everyone says that about kids and then they get pregnant and realise that they only make things better."

"Well he isn't the one that's pregnant!" She yelled and I heard a noise from the other side of the door.

"Are you pregnant?" Vincent demanded through the door. "Kendall! Are you fucking kidding me?"

"Shut up Vincent," she ordered him.

"Just talk to him," I told her. "He thought it was a hypothetical, I promise you that he's going to be so excited."

She narrowed her eyes at me and Vincent started talking so quickly that I couldn't understand what he was saying. I'm going to open the door and he's going to come in here and you're going to have a baby together, so cute."

I unlocked the door and had barely turned the handle when it flew open, narrowly avoided hitting me, and Vincent tackled me to the ground.

"Ow!" I snapped at him. He looked at me in shock, then up at Kendall and blinked.

"I thought you would be Kendall," he muttered. I scoffed and shoved Vincent off of me.

"You were going to tackle a pregnant woman to the ground?" I demanded and punched him in the arm. "What is wrong with you?"

Vincent all but shoved me out of the room and closed the door, but as soon as it was closed I heard him tell Kendall how much he loved her. When I made it back downstairs, Zain was sitting on the couch, braiding Millicent's hair and laughing at something Lindsay had said.

"We can go now," I told him and Millicent turned to glare at me.

"He has to finish my pretty hair," she told me angrily. Zain smiled at me and I laughed.

"Are you going to be coming to the wedding?" Lindsay asked Zain as I sat in the seat opposite of them.

"I don't think so," he shrugged.

"Why not?" Lindsay frowned. "Georgie is coming."

"Well my uncle knows your family," he said.

"Hey, we know each other now," Lindsay shrugged innocently. "Why don't you come as my plus one?"

"I thought I was your plus one," Millicent snapped at her.

"Okay, my plus two," she corrected herself.
