A soft wind blew through the garden, and the fall leaves cascade down onto the grass. I smile. Fall was my favorite season, and it reminded me of my mother. She loved the beautiful leaves, and the cool weather. She was amazing, my mother. She was always happy, always so carefree. I smile at the memory. Alois stands next to me, his hand gripping mine. His blonde hair is in his icy blue eyes, a grin playing in his lips. "Come this way!" Alois says, and laughs, then starts dragging me down the stone path. "Alois! Wait up!" I shout.
Alois runs ahead, and I can't catch up. He's brought me into the forest, and said he had a surprise. I stop, looking around. "Where did he go...?" I whisper. A see something moving to my left, and I turn quickly. "Who's there?!" I exclaim.
"I've come to return something," a low voice says.
